Jim was awesome. He came out, introduced himself and carefully listened to our needs. He gave us a great price on 2 Italian cypress trees that we were in search for and advised us on the transplant process. He even gave my wife a beautiful sage plant because we were trying to stay within our budget. He also is a neighbor in a nearby community off of Rayford Road and gave us his contact information in case we needed his help. I would definitely recommend him for any plant and tree purchases because he genuinely cares about his customers needs and wants. Thanks Jim Salter.

I am so happy I found Moon Valley Nurseries! I needed 2 bushes to replace ones that had died over the summer. I had gone to 2 other places looking for some with no luck. I called Moon Valley and inquired if they had what I was looking for. They had what I was looking for. It was easy to get to them from the Woodlands (never had to get on the freeway) when I got there Jason assisted me in finding what I needed. He was very helpful and helped me with getting my bushes into my Jeep. The best thing was when I replanted the bushes, they where not root bound and the plants look great.
They will have my business from now on.

The salesman answered my questions and made sure the best tree was tagged for my installation. The crew who set it in the yard not only set up the new tree but also assisted with our other MV tree that had developed a lean caused by the high winds that occurred shortly after its' installation. Highly recommend.

Seriously, what can I say? These guys have it figured out. Sure they may cost a little more but it's because they provide really high quality trees, outstanding customer service, expert planting, and highly skilled arborist after care. We've used them many times through the years.
This time, I bought the initial 6 yew trees at the Spring I-45 location with Bryan Kennedy who was spectacular. Before planting I decided to add 9 more to the order but he didn't have enough in stock so he sent me to his buddy at the Conroe 105 location who had them. I can't remember this guy's name but he was just as friendly and knowledgable as Bryan. (The invoice says the cashier was "bmonakino". So I'm hoping that helps.). Both experiences were amazing and they didn't try to pressure me into buying bigger and more expensive than I had budgeted. Of course, they were happy to help if I wanted those, but didn't make me feel bad for sticking to my plan.
The crew that came out and planted were incredible! They left my yard looking nice and even fixed the landscaping that got out of place. Those guys are hard workers! I just wish I had each of their names for the review! Fernando was the lead and was kind and patient when I decided to change a couple of the spots around. He is very intelligent and was able to give good advice on locations as well.
We also paid the extra $100/tree for the arborist, Devon Hall, to come out and keep our investment growing happily for the next year. Devon was here today for the first visit and walked us through exactly what we should be doing for fertilizing and the best times and length to run our sprinklers to make sure we do not over or under water. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made us feel very optimistic.
We highly recommend Moon Valley and their people as well as their trees.

I want to thank The Woodlands Moon Valley location. I went there this past weekend to discuss an issue with Jim Salter and Steve Csorba (hope I got the spelling correct). After explaining the issue, they were both very understanding and accommodating of the issue. After some further discussion as to how to resolve the issue, they came up with a solution that was more than satisfying. We have been a client for the past 3 years and with customer service like we received this weekend we will continue to be customers. Thanks again to Jim and Steve!

We have been working with Moon Valley for three years. Sadly, our soil did not support the beautiful Carolina Cherries we bought. After several replacements the trees still failed. Moon Valley was gracious enough to work with us on replacing these trees even though they were past their warranty date. They have been a wonderful partner in our landscaping enterprise.

Purchased 4 trees with maintenance and replacement. I received probably 5-6 calls and texts regarding leaving reviews after my purchase. After that communication has been almost non existent. My trees haven't been serviced and I'm still waiting on my replacements. I spent well over 6k on these trees.

Following the hurricane I knew I had to replace a tree in my yard. I was able to browse the selection of trees on the website so I had an idea of what I was interested in before I arrived. We were immediately greeted and helped by Chris Bach who guided us around the property to look at our different options and help us make a decision. The selection process and delivery booking process was easy. The team who came to deliver and plant the tree were fast and professional. It was a great experience and they will definitely be my first choice for any other future Landscaping needs.

To make things simpler, I know absolutely zero about bushes, shrubs, or any kind of flower. I was absolutely lost. After visiting several other places, all with horrid customer service, we stumbled across this gem. My family was quickly greeted and we explained our scenario and needed more guidance as we wanted simple, colorful, and low maintenance items that worked for the Texas Climate. Chris Bach helped us and he was the most knowledgeable and patient salesperson we have met in a while. He instantly met all of our needs and guided us to the right plants we needed. We were extremely grateful. We are already returning to buy more as well as have them consult on our next project, which is our backyard. 10/10, highly recommended and price friendly.

Wow! What a great find! We lost trees in our front yard from multiple storms and came across Moon Valley Nurseries. We met with Ben Hanson who came to our house and made recommendations on trees and plants. With tree roots in the way, the root removal group came and did an awesome job. We had two days of plantings with Ken, Guzman, Fernando and Jason the arborist and they ALL did an AWESOME job! We are so excited with our new landscaping and we look forward to a long relationship with Moon Valley. We HIGHLY recommend them....if we could give them 10 Stars we would! ********** !!
