This store is nothing like it used to be since cash America bought it out. The shelves are bare and the staff come across as cold and sterile. Cash America will never recreate the atmosphere that was present whenever Mark ran the store for money mart. I won't be back

Terrible customer service the guy I was talking to had a attitude when I asked if you could take care of my laptop and stated that "if your that concerned about it this is not the place for you".

Wow. Great service!!!I was honestly surprised on how great the customer service was coming into this establishment, the very first thing I got when I walked in was a warm. Hello how are you doing? From a man named Eric. Eric was very kind and professional throughout the whole process of me, trying to sell my item and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I'm saying that because almost all pawnshops I go to give me the same cold, Dull responses and they don't even greet like Eric did. Absolutely best pawn shop I have ever been too he gave me top dollar to. Good job Eric !

I have been a customer with money Mart pawn on 2920 for years. Unfortunately the staff isn't the same. I am given a two because I don't appreciate in so many words being called a liar even though I know what was said over the phone to the person that I spoke with. I have never gotten a phone call and went back and checked my phone log on my phone and never received a phone call regarding about a loan that was fixing to be pulled. When I was trying to express my concerns and feelings at the same time I kept getting interrupted. Of course you would get mad but Eric decided to hang up on me which I find very unprofessional. I am sorry but I will be pulling all of my stuff out when I have a chance and once I do I will no longer go back to money Mart pond do to unprofessionalism.

It’s sad that the manager here (Hispanic woman don’t know her name) is rude and very dismissive of your items if she feels they are not worth anything. If I could give her specifically negative stars I would. Also it’s ridiculous that they have multiple male staff on hand working there but when they see you (a woman) bringing in A LOT of heavy items from your car by yourself to try to sell them… they will NOT help or even try to lend an helping hand. Based off of my first (and only) experience that was very negative with the manager lady and her none chivalrous male employees I will NOT be returning to this location to try to sell any of items NOR will I be recommending this place to anyone I know. They need better customer service skills and it really shows. It’s really sad.

First time being in a pawn shop and, I have to tell you, I was not ready for how down to warth and welcoming it was. The staff and a regular were chatting amicably and they effortlessly roped me into it... which was a great feeling of community I don't think you get much anymore.I was helped by the assistant manager (whose name I sadly forgot) and he made sure I was completely satisfied with my sale. I will be back to purchase at some point soon (as I did not realize they had such a wife selection of goods!).

Money mart pawn offers a wide variety of items. From jewelry, guns, rooms, electronics and even Jordan’s! Great customer service. Great management.

WARNING TO LAYAWAY BUYERS, you have only a 3 day grace period after payment is due. They made no attempt to contact me and have call logs to prove it. They kept my item and money. You will not get either of you are over 3 days without warning. This place is not what it used to be. Nolan and mark were very knowledgeable and had a great selection of firearms. I have spent a lot of time and money at this location. Unfortunately they got bought out and now have become a shell. The individuals mentioned above left and now this place has become unprofessional and thin in selection. If you value your time and money, go somewhere else.
