Honestly terrible customer service experience without even making it to the store. I cancelled my appt for next weekend to reschedule for an earlier time the same day and I can’t get ahold of a single person at all. I’ve called for two days. I’ve called multiple places and they pick up the phone immediately and if not they call back. Emailed and sent in another schedule request. I was already skeptical because of the reviews saying they don’t cater to plus size, which is already weird? I’m between an 14/16 so thank god I read the reviews before driving an hour and 20 mins. And then the others saying they are rude and not attentive. I was willing to at least give them the benefit of the doubt and go by personal experience because this place has exactly what I’m looking for. So I’m super disappointed. ?

I had a fantastic experience at Milena's Bridal! From the moment I walked in, I immediately felt a sense of relief about finding the perfect dress for my wedding.
The dress selection at Milena's is absolutely amazing! While browsing online, I found myself drawn to unique and specialty wedding dresses. I didn't think I'd be able to find a boutique nearby that offered exactly what I was looking for, especially one that was small and intimate. But Milena's was the perfect fit! They had so many beautiful options that I had a hard time choosing just one!
If you're looking for a high-drama, ""Say Yes to the Dress"" experience, this isn't it—and that's exactly what I loved about it. At Milena's, you book a private appointment just for you and your party, so there's no crowd of strangers to make you feel self-conscious. Instead of being bombarded with dresses your consultant wants to sell, you're given the freedom to browse and try on dresses at your own pace. There is no pressure to buy or fake flattery to push a sale. The atmosphere is calm, allowing you and your party to deliberate and make a thoughtful decision. Plus, the dresses are reasonably priced, and I found my dream dress in no time!
The process after finding the dress was just as smooth. I received an email confirmation with a picture of my dress and all the measurements, and the estimated time of arrival was spot on. As soon as my dress arrived, I was notified by email and text. When I went to try it on, I again had the whole space to myself to ensure everything was perfect. There was no rush, and I was encouraged to take my time and make sure I was completely satisfied.
In short, I'm a very anxious bride, but all my worries melted away the moment I stepped into Milena's Bridal."

I had the most amazing experience at Milena's Bridal! I was feeling overwhelmed with the whole dress shopping process, but the staff here made it so easy and enjoyable. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me find a dress that was beyond perfect. The attention to detail, the quality of the gowns, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made all the difference. I left feeling confident and excited for my big day. If you're looking for a bridal shop that truly cares, Milena's Bridal is the place to go!

Finding my dream wedding dress was effortless at Milena's Bridal. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient as I tried on different styles. When I found "the one," it was perfect. The alterations were flawless, and the dress arrived on time. The entire experience was amazing, and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

Such an amazing experience! I cannot recommend Milena’s Bridal enough, they were amazing and uplifting during the dress appointment, the stylish saw what I was liking and not liking and she found THE dress and it was a special moment with my friends and family. Great communication as the dress was being made, answering all of my questions almost immediately. And so flexible with us doing a last minute final fitting to pick up the dress! Cannot say enough good things, definitely recommend. And not to mention a ton of beautiful dresses!

Rude Customer Service!!! Unless you are petite they’ll give u great service. If your plus size don’t even bother giving this shop the service as they were very rude stating “they don’t cater plus size brides”!! Should be able to call a place & get a respectful response instead of making a bride feel uncomfortable & saying to do “research prior“ Ridiculous!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND IGNORANT! They make you feel horrible for being “plus size.” And they will probably tell me to do some “research” but I did not ever think that a bridal store of “good ratings” would ever make me feel bad for my size. They need to get better employees and the owner needs to have better customer service. If I could literally give negative -1000 stars I would.!!!

I was recommended y’all’s bridal shop to find my wedding dress. I was making an appointment and noticed the biggest size tall offered was 14. I called to confirm if this was true. Whoever answered was RUDE. I asked, if size 14 was the biggest size you carry. Whoever answered said “we don’t cater to plus size brides.” All that needed to be said was “the biggest size we carry is size 14 but thank you for your interest.”Please work on your customer service skills. I was offended and that was extremely rude for your staff member to respond that way. Do not come here if you’re “plus size”

I chose to go to the Spring location. They have been nothing but so polite and patient with me! I found my dream dress here and they did everything they could to get it here fast. I recommend this place a thousand times! Y’all are literally the best! ?

kept suggesting we’d find the brides dress here even tho we had 2 more appointments elsewhere she persistently grabbed dresses to try on that were not what we were looking for what so ever. made us late to our next appointment and talked down on david’s bridal and other stores. not a lovely environment, except for the champagne, that was cheaply awesome.
