Manager is a joke Alffedo sold me a messed up “new”phone does not work anywhere. Have no service anywhere can’t log into any apps paid 160 for new phone he had offered me telling me it’s the “best” worst idea ever went back up there he tried to resell me another 100$phone or change my number and laughed in my face after expressing my concern what a joke this company is never again 0:0 worst customer service ever !!!!!!!

I want everyone to know that this Metro location on Louetta at Kuykendahl is OUTSTANDING.Found this store just this week and I am totally satisfied with this customer service from Racheal. She is very patient, informative and knowledgeable, and great work ethics and knows see.

This location is never open at the time posted 10am, this is the second time,I've sat in front of the store waiting for it to open, totally unprofessional.

Went here and received the worst customer service experience ever. I was at the shop at 9am (store opens at 9am) the Clerk was already running 20 mins. late when she drove up I waited at the door for her to come in, she sat in her car talking on the phone so long I literally walked to her car as she was parked beside me and I motioned the time can you please come in. She then got off the phone and came to open up once she got in she all of a sudden forgotten all the rules of the company because she refused to refund me on a device I purchased 3 DAYS AGO FROM HER. I asked for the number to her manager spoke with him. He was confused about the situation (NOT) called her and called me back and still refused my refund. I ended up calling corporate and got my refund. Sad that this happens when the rules are clear when returning devices.

This guy actually made a bad mistake. I was first one in store and I'm looking to buy a new phone. Two heavy set ladies came in and were inquiring about power cable. He dropped me to help them and I was out of there. I went to another MetroPCS and ill wait on that location to pop up to give that review. But insult to injury, not sure of pay structure bit would such to be those guys and loss the sell of Samsung Galaxy A51 5G which I think was their most expensive phone. Oh and I wasn't bringing a phone number, it was for a new second line. Next ti.e say to the next guest, I'll be right with you and let the second guest chose to stay or leave.
