The customer service is now terrible. I went to change my cell phone and it turns out that the lady added two new lines to me and to make matters worse, my old cell phones are still working and none of them have been changed. They have already changed three times. What am I going to do? Maybe they are going to pay for my gas. it doesn't deserve any stars

The customer service is amazing!!! The young lady is a sweetheart very nice. They are bilingual just in case you don't speak English!!! They also have good prices on their phones.

My son went in this store to get the iPhone 12 for 99.00 ending up walking out paying 331.00. I went into store but that young lady ( and that's being generous) Crystal, was down right rude as hell and needs to be trained on how to treat a customer and not just her race of people ALL customers. I was upset as I've ever been that day, but today I returned and dealt with Kevin. He was patient is all I can say. I already saw her whispering when I walked in so she remembered who I was. I let him know she needs to be retrained on customer service of ALL PEOPLE.

Customer service in here is great The gentleman that helped me and my girlfriend the other day was absolutely awesome he got everything transferred over to her new phone seamlessly. Which made us extremely happy and overjoyed. Always great prices and customer service
