The staff was not very knowlegeable about either their phones or the technology behind their own service. I understand they are there to sell, but if you are going to sell something know what you are selling or in the very least try to find out.

I was texted from this place saying that I was eligible for a up grade at a discounted price. I get there chose 2 Lg 7 phones $49.99 each, I was purchasing them for my son's who had cracked there screen, so I Thought I was getting a Good Deal until the girl that was in there total it up $157 & some cents. I asked Why it was that High, she tells me there is a $15 dollar fee on each phones. I was upset because That should have been told to me Up Front & I asked about the fee being wavied she said she can't, Yes she could have if she wanted to Keep a customer! This was my 2nd time purchasing phones here for my boys. They was with me & they were excited about getting a new phone So I went ahead & purchased them But "Be Aware of the Fee's" they Add On I Will take my business somewhere else that Will tell me up front The Real Price!! I Love to Keep Money Not Let No One Steal it!!
