  Sam is the most amazing sales representative I have ever encountered. He was beyond helpful and such a delight. He solved all of my phone issues and left me walking out with a smile on my face. This man deserves a raise and a promotion .! Don't let this guy slip through y'all's fingers metro!

  I went in to add my son’s phone to my account to reduce my bill. I was told I could get 2 new iPhone 16 through T-Mobile for free as a promotion. I was lied to just to make a sell. I am now in debt for $1000 and paying in an installment plan for almost $50 a month.
  
  The previous plan I had was cheaper. Now I am stuck with a phone I didn’t need or want but promised time and time again that my bill would be lower at $100 a month. When I received my first bill it was almost double that amount.
  
  Now all of a sudden the rep at Metro doesn’t know anything and can’t answer any of my questions. On the day he SCAMMED me into getting the phones he could answer every question. Now it’s go ask T-MOBILE.
  
  Advice: DONT TAKE THE PHONE IT IS A SCAM!!!!

  I have been a customer of Metro for over 4 years. Shopped at many different locations all over Houston, but this store is the best I've ever been in. Sam, the associate who was working when I visited the store was particularly knowledgeable and very helpful in making sure I got the right phone for the right price.

  I have never been to a cell phone store that's more helpful and fastest at what they do until this one! They go above and beyond ta customer service. This will definitely be my store from now on.

  The worker of the store is very rude and insists that you pay more. The owner also wants to give you more phones so that you pay more.

  I couldn't get a straight answer for the price of a phone here. The price on the sign by the phone has three different price points. As an existing customer, I asked how much it would cost me, and I was told a price of nearly doubled the highest price of the sign. I inquired about the iPhone 16. The highest price on the sign said $929. The associate said my price would be $1660. I chose to go buy my phone from another source.
