I had to wait for my physical 2 months. On the day of my appointment, the doctor wasn't feeling well. I understand that, but I call and the phone service is designed to make you want to hang up with a lot of recorded dribble. When one finally gets a live representative, it's a bigger waste of time. More dribble, and no new appointment.

Called to make an appointment and my doctor is on vacation I think Erica answered and didn't seem like she wanted to tell me who's seeing patients for my doctor almost like she didn't want to book my appointment.

I had a great experience here with the nurse practitioner, Amber. She was a great listener and had very helpful information. I went to see her specifically on the recommendation of a friend who had a similar good experience. Will definitely continue using her for my primary care. Also, her assistant was super nice!

The doctors and NP are good. Unfortunately, the front office staff and the medical assistant takes weeks for them to get back to a pharmacy regarding refills in addition we were in the office less than a month ago to check labs for medication and we have not been able to get medication refilled. When we were told by Amber the NP there would not have any problem getting out medicaltion.we have not found this to be true both myself and my husband have ad issues since Dr Reddy has left.We have also noticed that there is several staff members in the back who are all on there personal cell phone.We were also told by the front office there are short on staff.That was there reason for not returning calls to patients or not able to get throught to anyone.we have done our part going back in for labs as asked and still cannot medication refilled

The doctors and NP are good. Unfortunately, the front office staff and the medical assistants are rude, disrespectful, and totally incompetent. It takes days for them to get back to a pharmacy regarding refills; in addition, they are patronizing and interrupt you frequently, making it clear that they have no interest in your concerns. We will not be going back to this location.

Bad service was supposed to get a referral call that never happened and had be calling and calling to be able to get send to get an ultrasound

Dr. Reddy is a great doctor. I couple of years ago I was not impressed by the staff and rated it 3 stars.When I was back this year there was new routines and everything went smooth. Great improvement, great experience. So new updated review 5 stars.

My experience has been positive at the Rayford location. Dr.’s and staff have been kind, thorough and efficient. Answering all my questions and making a Covid-19 friendly environment.

The front office staff is the first contact with the patients. In my case being a new patient, I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes before I was told I couldn't be seen. I could have been completing the paperwork during this time. I would have to reschedule for two weeks later. I was told I should have arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I asked if the doctor was sitting around waiting on me? We all know we have to wait for our appointment. They don't take you back at the scheduled time. I was told that the doctor had many patients to see. This lead me to believe that perhaps he was double, maybe triple booked? After several attempts or trying to figure it out, I told the young man that I would just find another doctor. A lady in the waiting room gave me the thumbs up and said good for you. She said the doctors are great, it is just the front office who are rude. I was referred to this office and heard great things about all the doctors. In my opinion the doctors need to take heed to the way the front office staff operates. You may be losing patients that you don't even know about. I found another doctor in the area and have an appointment today.

I love this practice. All of the staff are helpful. The physician I have took me as a new patient and did a thorough physical, labs and health history which showed a couple issues my previous physicians never caught. I was referred to specialist and feel I am healthier today for it.

The front desk personnel are the most unhelpful people at this clinic. If you can get past them to actually see Dr. Mueck, consider that a major feat! He is an outstanding doctor. If you are a healthy person, have been a patient for his for 18+ years, but have not seen him in three years and are now ill and need to see him, the front desk personnel treat you as a new patient - AND, the standard statement is "we are no longer accepting new patients". But wait, I am a patient and have been a patient for over 18 years. Oh no, the front desk personnel will NOT allow you to pass Go. He is the doctor who has my medical history and knows me. That does not make any difference to them, they will not allow you to see him. I have left two messages for his assistant Judy and am waiting for a call back. Also, I have written a letter to Dr. Mueck addressing the front desk personnel. I just can't believe the front desk personnel hold that much power. Ugh!

I've been to the Imperial Oaks location twice to see Dr. Reddy for annual well checks. I wasn't long in the waiting room, maybe ten minutes. Then another ten minutes waiting in the exam room after the nurse got all my info. Dr. Reddy listened to all my concerns and I didn't feel rushed or unimportant. I had blood taken two years ago and the phlebotomist messed up and I had extensive bruising, pain and a month long numbness/tingling in my fingers but they have a better phlebotomist now. She was efficient and I had minimal bruising (a dot) and no pain. Scheduling was easy and so was parking. The do virtual appointments if needed.

The entire staff and Dr. Mueck are amazing!! From setting an appointment, to check-in till the end they treat you with respect and are willing to help. Wish I could give 6 stars.

Absolutely loved Dr. Bhavna Reddy! She was not in a rush when it came to my appointment. Dr. Reddy listened to my concerns and provided solutions. When it came to treatment, she gave me options. The only downside to my visit was that one of the front desk clerks had a poor attitude which made her unapproachable.
