The nurse practitioner was great and very friendly. The lady who took my son’s vitals had absolutely no bedside manner. She was on the verge of being rude.

It's clear the Dr. Ng is there to get you in and out. She'll listen and act concerned but won't do anything, I've been struggling with my anxiety and mental health, I've expressed this to her and ask to get a referral to a dr in that field to talk about my issues. Nada. Zip. Zero. No referral and my anxiety is just getting worse. It's been three weeks that I have been calling this doctors office and her medical assistant is always away from the phone. I've left several messages politely expressing my frustrations and nothing. Don't waste your time or money. Smh.

I would highly recommend not going to this doctor. It was very clear Dr. Ng was only interested in getting patients in and out and was not listening at all. In fact, I was explaining a medication that I was discovering worsening side effects and after I spoke, she said, would you like for me to order a refill of said prescription, immediately after informing her of worsening/scary side effects. It continued to get worse as I explained the serious health matters I was experiencing (dizziness, headaches, etc.) in response she asked a few very top-level questions i.e., do you smoke? Do you exercise? Last time you have been to the eye doctor? etc. I answered those and continued to tell her the extremes of my health concerns to which she said that I was the 'model of health'. This is a little upsetting to hear when you are visiting the doctor because of serious matters. Again, it was clear Dr. Ng just wanted to turn over patients and had no invested interest in finding root cause into serious health issues. It gets worse, after getting blood work done and a few basic tests, I requested a more in-depth test (MRI/SCAN) she denied the request. I explained to her I had severe pain in a very specific area of my back and I really think this would be for the best so that we could rule out anything very serious and continue on the path to finding relief. She continued to deny the test starting that she did not find it necessary (paraphrasing). Needless to say, I did not go back to Dr. Ng because of her careless attitude and poor listening/communication skills. Dr. Ng also missed a serious issue in my blood work - this could have easily been found with experience, patience, and care. I found another doctor that happily ordered the advanced test I requested/required. They found serious issues with my blood sugar levels causing dizziness and headaches. The results of the MRI/SCAN showed I have two bulging discs in the area of concern I had mentioned - the area Dr. Ng would not approve of for testing. So, I strongly recommend you save the time, money, pain, heartache and do not go and see Dr. Ng.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. The front desk staff is absolutely wonderful. They made me feel so much more comfortable. The waiting room wasn’t overcrowded and full and I was able to make an appointment for the very next day after I called. The care provided by Martha Dixon is absolutely phenomenal. I left feeling heard and like my concerns matter. I’m so happy that I’ve found her and I feel so at ease since leaving. I HIGHLY recommend establishing primary care here.

I got an appointment immediately and when I went in I was greeted by Jana, Jennifer and Linda immediately and asked just to fill out one single form- I'd completed the online forms the day before, and they apologized for me having to do just that one signature! I hardly had time to look at my phone when they called me back for my appointment 3 minutes later. The MA, Alisha was friendly, kind and made me feel comfortable right away- and get this... the doctor came in about 2 minutes later. Dr Ng was remarkable- She actually listens and makes you feel heard. We discussed a treatment plan TOGETHER and I don't think I've ever felt so taken care of in terms of having an actual plan of action with my choices and insurance policies taken into consideration. I really look forward to my follow up in two weeks. I checked out and Linda and Jennifer were just as warm and friendly as they were when I arrived. Certainly not the same old Dr's office treatment...

If you are looking for a primary care doctor that listens and helps this is the place to go! The front office is helpful and friendly and the medical staff is amazing! I feel blessed to have found them!

My doctor retired during Covid in 2020 and my mental health has steadily declined since then. I visited Dr. Ng for the first time a couple of weeks ago and she is amazing! It is difficult talking to people about mental health because there is a stigma and people are very judgmental. Dr. Ng is very understanding, patient, empathetic, and professional. During our first visit we talked for almost an hour and I basically laid out my life story for her and the reason(s) for my struggles. I felt very comfortable talking to her as if I was talking to my sister or a friend that I trust. Alisha(Dr. Ng personal assistant/office manager) is great as well. Although I can tell she stays busy she is well organized and does a great job at getting back to people promptly. Dr. Ng front desk staff is friendly, warm, and welcoming and makes you feel right at home the minute you walk in. I feel very lucky and fortunate to have found Dr. Ng when I did. I look forward to a long and successful Doctor/patient relationship with her and her office for all of my medical needs. And I will definitely be referring my friends to her as well. 5/5. Highly recommend.

I recently changed my medical care provider and this was my first time to this facility. Jennifer at the front desk was very kind & helpful. She made the onboarding process easy. I will be coming back to this office as everyone was awesome.
