Read if going for physical therapy - this office is amazing! I was very hesitant due to experiences with physical therapists in the past but this may some of the best health care I’ve ever received. Christina, my physical therapist, was a great listener and just generally a kind and knowledgeable human being, and the receptionists were always professional and even went out of their way to help me figure out an issue with a surprise bill I received. Overall, they went above and beyond for my care and it’s made a huge difference for me! Thank you!!!

I have loved Dr. Fite in the past, but this other Dr., Dr. Chandler, I think, didn’t listen to any of my concerns. I had CV a week and a half ago, took Paxlovid, then had symptoms return with a vengeance about 8 days later. I came in with the worst headache I’ve had in a long time, uncontrollable vomiting, sore throat so bad I could barely swallow, and severe stomach pain. She gave me 2 doses of Zofran and fluids, no swabs, no visually looking at my throat, no Tylenol, no nothing. She kept focusing on the barely raised HCG level (false positive) and nothing else. The Zofran made the headache worse. I left in worse condition and pain than before. Dr. Fite would have never sent me like this. My WBC was 13,000, btw, and the home CV test is negative, so I want to know what I’m fighting. She did not do her job.

Nurse was very rude and disinterested in providing quality care. Doctor was nice. Facility was clean. Spring CCC.

The women at the front desk are bill collectors, not caring, compassionate people at check in. If you have a balance you have to pay before you can see the Dr. even if you’re sick they will not let you through. I arrived for my appointment today. Ready to pay my copay of $30. No wait I have a balance. Ok I’ll pay when I get paid. Like a bill collector they note when the bill for $52 will be paid. I give $40 cash for visit. They don’t take cash?? No where in the office does it say they are cashless?? Here come the questions, can you call someone with a cc? Can you call your daughter who had my cc. Asking me if I can at least do $5! What?? I’m trying to pay. So I didn’t get in to see the Dr. which is sad bc I’ve been seeing my Dr for over 20 yrs! I needed to be rechecked today. Well bc of the gatekeepers bill collector attitude I didn’t get to see my Dr. Memorial Hermann Spring doesn’t care about compassion. They only want the all mighty dollar.DONT GO TO THIS FACILITY

I went there and while I had extremely high expectations, no. This place is very slow as far as referrals, prescriptions, call backs. I am still waiting for prescriptions. Its almost been a month since I have been seen. Def disappointing. But with a 3 star rating I should have researched more. Too bad such a big name company.

I have finally found a PCP for the first time EVER in my adult life who has been able to not only diagnose me correctly but has ALSO made a plan with me to address the issues.DR. PEDDI, he is the most compassionate and understanding Doctor that I have ever met. He truly wants to help each of his patients and see them thrive. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DR. PEDDI.I randomly found Dr. Peddi on Zocdoc while searching for a PCP who accepted my insurance plan. The app told me that Dr. Peddi's office location was 5 minutes from my home.. *but to my surpriseeee* I soon came to find out that the app was extremely inaccurate.. During my first video appointment with Dr. Peddi he explained to me that he was actually 1 hour away from my home and 'respectfully' asked me if the distance was too far and if I'd rather look for another doctor within Memorial Hermann (as there was a location closer to me than where he is),.. but after finding out the distance information I still knew I had to make the drive out and meet him in person to be sure he was every bit as wonderful in person as he was in our first the video appointment.AND HE WAS/IS.It was absolutely *without a doubt* FATE that I found Dr. Peddi because I would have never personally looked for a PCP an hour away from me. He is also very accommodating to allow me to have video appointments with him because of the distance and I only have to come into the office for my yearly physical.I 100% recommend Dr. Peddi to anyone who is looking for a wonderful doctor.

I went here Thursday morning with most severe ear infection of my life. To the point where I could not work, care for my child, sleep, drive, you name it. The receptionist and nurse were very kind and I appreciate their kindness. The doctor himself acted like I was dramatic and wasted his time. I asked him for a steroid or antibiotic (I fully understand they don’t just give these out for no reason, but it was warranted) and was told he didn’t believe the “risk was worth the reward”. He very reluctantly sent me on my way with tramadol for pain when I became upset and refused to leave with nothing. Zero bed side manner. Zero compassion. Zero “give a damn”. Again, thank you to the nurse for her kindness but the overall experience by the doctor and help I received was horrible. I sadly can’t recommend even though the facility is nice and location is convenient.

Very unprofessional RN. Was crying to the radiology nurse because he could not find something right in front of his face. I told him he was unprofessional and he quickly became defensive. I asked him to leave and send another nurse to do my IV. Belittling another co worker in front of a patient waiting to get a CT scan, who is nervous, and scared is unacceptable. I will also be talking to a hospital manager about this. Did I mention my appointment was for 8am, asked to show up at 7:30, and it is now 9:30 and I only have an IV.

At 4 am I took my husband in, who was in extreme pain. The receptionist was extremely rude & we walked out. We went down the road to St. Lukes and they were great & treated us with great compassion.

I am so lucky to have found this place. The people who complain about being here for a couple hours have no idea what ERs are usually like. I waited 12 hours just to see a doctor time and time again. But not this place. They make you feel comfortable and taken care of right away. It’s never too crowded. Everyone who works here is so sweet and helpful from the moment you walk in. I feel so grateful to have found this place. I’ll go downtown when it’s for cancer, but little emergencies have been so easy coming here. Thank you to the entire staff.

Was actively having a heart attack and came in with severe chest pain. They ran an ECG and stated I wasn’t having a heart attack and sent me home; even though with my follow up at my primary care physician shows I now have a heart attack on my ECG. I could have died with their negligence. To top that off with the nurse telling me a horror story of a patient dying in their front room with a heart attack because they don’t know how to treat them at this location!
