I called the shop and spoke with Junior and explained the issue with the headlights on my truck. He gave me sound professional advice on the service required. I took the car to the shop on Aldine Westfield. They were courteous and professional and did a superb job. I highly rate this facility and a lot better than going to a Stealership (i.e. Dealership)

This location is managed by people with no INTEGRITY. I brought my car in to put o2 sensors indropped it off when they opened 8:00am. I did not hear from them at all, no updates nothing so I called only to be told I must buy a new catalytic converter.Their excuse was that whoever put it in cross treaded it the top sensor wire. Hers my problem with that EXCUSE. It’s hard for me to believe that the previous mechanic would not correct that and also every job is inspected before it leaves. I don’t know maybe not this location. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATIONtoo ANYONE. Oh by the way they also LIED to my daughter, went for oil change, and suddenly she needed a new oil pump, and of course they couldn’t show her where it was leaking ( timing belt needed)NO INTEGRITY AT ALLIt was BEATEN so badly that they couldn’t get it OFF!!!!

This location is top notch. The guys up there are incredibly knowledgeable. They get the work done crazy fast. There’s no hidden expenses or fees that you don’t see coming. They are very up front about everything. They remember me whenever I come in. It’s the only place I go now for service to any of my family’s vehicles. 10/10 would recommend to everyone

Everything was good. The only issue I have - I can’t get a call back in regards to the center portion of my hubcap being damaged. It will not stay on. The work was done to the breaks and I know they realized it wouldn’t tighten up when they put the tires back on. Otherwise I’d give them 5 stars. Seems it’s maybe stripped. Guess someone didn’t want to be accountable. If you mess up… fix it out at least acknowledge it and let me know so we can arrange a date to bring it back. I left 3 messages for the guy that handled everything to call me back. No call to date… ?♀️

Excellent customer service and professional staff! I was able to get my oil change done in under an hour. I wasn't able to get my vehicle inspection done because the machine was down but I had time the same day to get it done elsewhere. I appreciate the services rendered! See you for my next vehicle service. Thanks Meineke!

Find another location or shop. I went in for an oil change and diagnostic, said 40 minute wait but I was there for 3 1/2 hours. No communication, they gave no updates as to why. Also overcharge me for an ignition coil replacement. Afterwards I found out the job with labor averages around $350 -$450 and they charged over $700. Also I have been receiving spam after giving them my email address.

Huuuuge shoutout to Lawrence Godfrey, the manager of this fine establishment! Even though he had a rocky morning, he got my catalytic converter bolts replaced and an unrelated broken bolt from a previous mechanic replaced as well! He was so nice and helpful and just really made my whole day with his great attitude! Thank you Lawrence! And a big thanks to Jose as well for replacing my O2 sensor after having to leave and come back with it ?. These guys are amazing, 10/10 will return and recommend to everyone!

I am writing this review to share my experience and help others make better decision about taking their cars to this Meneike location. This shop used to be my go-to shop because I like to support local business. Not anymore. In December, my car started to make squeaking noises on the rear driver side. From quick visual inspection, the pad worn out unevenly and I brought to them for full diagnose. They misdiagnosed my car and told me only the brakes and pads were the problem. However, after changing the pad/rotor, the problem continues to persist. I paid them for diagnose, labor to remove and replace supplied parts. I continued to bring my car to them for other repair service after the brake/pad change. Now, my car starts to make humming noises. Caliper seizes and wears out my newly bought pad/rotor on the exact same location before the new pad/rotor replaced in December. It was a total of three times I that brought my car in before and after the rotor/pad replaced. They never said my caliper was a root cause. Now they try to blame that caliper can break down any time. Calipers doesn’t break out all the sudden. I only put in 4,700 miles since I had my new pad/rotor installed and now the pad is thinning out and shows wear-indicators. Now they said because I didn’t buy warranty for their labor. I should not be buying warranty for their negligence. They are mechanics and should be competent at what they do. I trust them to diagnose my car properly and paid them to fix my car. They failed to do their jobs correctly and unreasonably said, “You have to pay again if you want us to install the calipers.” Calipers don’t break down all the sudden. There are signs to it, and they overlooked the inspection THREE times. How can a competent mechanics overlook that issue? I drive quite minimal, and calipers should not be rapidly damage after 4,700 miles without being caught. A good mechanics will take the time to diagnose the problem properly and thoroughly. Instead of questioning themselves why pads worn out unevenly to begin with, they spin out a baloney reason like caliper can damage out of the blue.I understand mistakes are unavoidable, however, it is the attitude not taking the ownership to remedy the issue and trying to justify excuses for their mistake, which irks me even more. This is not how you build an ethical business to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.Save yourself some time and research for other local auto repair shops. Incompetent and irresponsible.Services: Auto brake repair

They just don't do the work, they lied and owner won't resolve nothing. Worst business. Hope they close and people sue them. Since this location is a franchise Meineke headquarters don't held accountable the owner for the management and "mechanics" bad practices. Roban tu dinero y no se hacen responsables le mienten a El banco en Las disputas por cargos no autorizados. They lied even in disputes with your bank. The worst.!!!

I had my 2016 Chrysler 200 been worked on an Oil Pressure Sensor (removed and replaced) on Mar/02/2023. But after the worked done, I only used my car for one day and the check engine light came back (because of that Oil Pressure Sensor issue from the beginning). So, I was afraid to drive my car more will cause damage to the engine, I had my car tow back to their shop (tow receipt was $218). This time they kept my car for a week and could not fix the issue and the check engine light was ON, still. Again, I had my car towed a second time (tow receipt $140) to AutoNation dealership to fix my car. To make this story short. AutoNation replace my Oil Sensor (Meineke r&r defective part). My car is running perfectly fine now. I would not recommend that shop to any one.

The manager & assistant manager Lawrence & Jose are absolutely wonderful people to work with. They are honest, and will let you know if any other work needs to be done prior to doing the work. They have helped me out of many situations with speed and accuracy. Thank you both!!
