Jill was genuinely the sweetest and most helpful person ever!! I came in to look at mattresses and honestly had no clue what I wanted or was looking for. She gave me her honest opinion on everything and took the time to show me all of my options. She was very knowledgeable in all the different types of mattresses and was determined to find the mattress the fit me the best and that id be the happiest with. I haven’t gotten my bed delivered just yet, but the process in finding the perfect mattress was extraordinary! We love Gil so much and appreciate her and everything she did for us today!! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience :)

I wish every large purchase experience was like this one! The sales person on site was refreshingly genuine, calm and supportive. He was informative and not at all pushy. We left feeling confident in our selection, and purchased within our budget. So grateful!!

Gil was amazing! Originally Richard helped us who we also appreciated. We had hoped to talk to him again but luck should have it that we got a whole new experience with Gil. We needed to change our first selection and go from a queen to king. Gil just gave us extra tidbits of information that will help us in the long haul. Thank you so much for the personal approach and taking the time to understand our needs. I’m excited for our exchange delivery and am so encouraged by the new selection.

They didn’t have the mattress style or size and box springs that my wife was looking for in stock. Employee promptly located what we were shopping for at there warehouse, also conveniently located near where I live. Made it very easy for my wife to go and pick them up the following day. Thank you!

This was my second time this year buying a bed with the Cypresswóod store and both times was a good experience and this time Lorene sold me my adjustable bed. And I am so happy I went with that type of bed. Lorene was very knowledgeable and very professional at her job. And bye the way she was the sweetest lady.
