I was worried today to make another bad choice and my body was going to be the one paying for it!!! But when I showed up there, I can say I had the easiest and funniest mattress purchase experience I could have hoped for. Courtney has been unique!! Competent, smart but mostly understanding of my necessities, she followed me and guided me until I was feeling finally sure of my decision. Very very happy!

David Records is an exemplary sales person. He is a good soul from the word go.

It was an an excellent experience to come back to The Firm after seven years. My last mattress purchase was from this same outlet.
The bed delivery service was par excellent. Kimo and his associate handled it in an ultra-professional manner.
My spine has various issues: Kimo whipped the mattress cover off of the old bed and put it on the new bed in a matter of seconds.. literally. Presto! stuff.
This maneuver would have taken me at least an hour and the ensuing pain would have been severe. Kimo has a big ? and offered this extra act of kindness without me having to ask.
I'm writing this review as I perch in the middle of the Pressure Smart 2.0 mattress.
It feels wonderful. I pray it helps me and other chronic pain sufferers who buy it. It takes a couple of weeks for the body to adjust to a new mattress; a fact often overlooked.

Lindsey struck us a great deal on a Queen-sized floor model! We actually left to check out a different store, but we came back because she was so nice. Had a great conversation during the check-out process. My husband says we'll definitely be coming back whenever we need another mattress. So excited for it to arrive next week!

Courtney is the best of the best! So genuinely helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and pleasant. I purchased the best Tempurpedic bed ever with the top of the line smart base bed frame and got a super deal along with some extras thrown in! Best, easiest experience ever as we fell asleep trying out the bed!

I found myself in Mattress Firm to pick up a mattress for a friend. While in there I thought about my inability to get a good night sleeping. Spoke with Courtney, just to get some information about some of the mattresses on hand. After she showed me several, I decided on a temperpedic, with adjustable base. I was very happy with the service, the knowledge, and overall great customer service. She knows her stuff. SHOUT OUT TO COURTNEY! I highly recommend her if you're looking to buy or just get informed.
