We have purchased mattresses from Mattress Firm before, but today we made our 2nd visit to your store on Highway 99 working with Lorene who was wonderful on both visits. She is delightful, knowledgeable, kind and a joy to work with. I know if we have any issues with anything that she will take care of us! She represents Mattress Firm well!

Great place to go when it’s time to replace your old tired mattress.Kevin the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to assisting his customers navigate the many options that are available to them. He is extremely low pressure and just the kind of salesman I look for when purchasing anything new.

Took my young daughter to pick out her first “big girl bed” and Lorene took such care to involve her in the process while staying mindful of my budget. Everything was in stock and delivery times were easy to come-by. Really excellent experience all-around!

It was a great shopping experience! My salesperson Jill was incredibly knowledgeable, very helpful and patient with all my questions. It was a no pressure sale and she gave me the time I needed to make a decision on what mattress I wanted to choose. She went out of her way to look for any additional savings that Mattress Firm could offer. I highly suggest you seek out Jill if you are considering a new mattress, she is awesome!! Mattress Firm has great warranties on their products but Jill has made me a repeat customer for any future purchases I may need. Very very happy with her assistance and she is an asset to Mattress Firm!!

Ryan helped me find a perfect mattress. I really appreciated the excellent service and how above and beyond he went. I am very happy with my purchase and their service!I also want to give props to the delivery drivers that came a few days prior to setup my bed base. They were super respectful, wore boot coverings and did an excellent job.

We needed three king size mattresses for our home. We stoped in at Mattress Firm to look around. There is plenty of selections and various price ranges. We were encouraged to take our time and lay on every mattress we looked at. It took a while, but we found the three we were very happy with. The sales team and management group for the store took very good care of us. We are looking forward to delivery and enjoying our purchases.
