i had gotten a haircut here before i loved it , payed & tip well couple months pass by i decided wanted to dye my hair , i see the good reviews here so i wanted to try out there service but me being a brown skin Hispanic lady instantly i walk in just getting stared up & down not just from the workers but they’re clients which is whatever i always get stared down by they’re clientele the first time i went , i went in to get a consultation , i wanted either a light honey brown or a copper whichever would be easier to the hairstylist, i spoke to one on the day i went for either color i knew i was gonna have to get bleach on my hair mind you my hair is dark almost like black but everything was natural no color in my hair at all , i spoke with the stylist we even schedule & everything but days pass by i get a message saying she recommends another stylist since she specializes in the colors i wanted to get ,yet it happen again with that other stylist she gave me a whole list of other stylist that works there so i was just being passed around , i just canceled everything , by this time i knew everyone was avoiding me so I’ll never be coming back to this establishment.

Kelly was AWESOME!! She did a cut, color, and condition for me and it was exactly what I asked for and then some. Great communication! The facility was clean and everyone was really nice. She took her time, I didn't feel rushed, and my hair looks and feels SO much better. I definitely recommend her and look forward to booking my next appointment with her! Thank you, Kelly!!

Erica Hodson is the absolute BEST! I've been blessed to have her do my hair for the past 15+ years. Here is one situation where Erica saved my life. I was asked by a friend to be a hair model for her cousin. It was for a hair show at GRB. I NEVER let anyone touch my hair besides Erica before this, but I felt like being nice and helping a friend out. Well, here is how my hair looked after the show. An absolute WRECK! Erica came in and did her best to fix my hair and she did a WONDERFUL job! My hair looked beautiful and healthy and I actually got a lot of compliments on it as well. Erica is top notch and I'm blessed to have her as my hair lady.
