Staff has been friendly on the phone and in person. I called another time for a service they didn't end up offering. They still followed up a day or two later to see if I was able to find a solution.

Dr is arrogant and has poor bed side manner.The lab tech had attitude with me. The experience wasn’t a good one. They also wanted to do excessive lab work that wasn’t required.

Staff has always been 100% helpful. They express gratitude for me to come see them! Dr. Jafri is very thorough and gets me in and out so I’m not stuck at the doctor for hours. Thank you Mainstreet!!!

Love this place, they always take care of. Dr. Jafri and dusty NP and diana MA are always helpful and I always come out with an answer. Also very fast, im always in and out and not stuck there. 5 Star

This place is the worst doctors office I have ever been to!! Every time I get labs done I don't hear back from anyone about them and the results! Then I get a bill for the labs tjat are ridiculous! I have been on depression pills 10 years. Every month It takes 2+weeks to get a refill!!! So basically your starting all over again. I will definitely be getting a new doc and calling the better business bureau.

Just got a bill from this place and I have NEVER even been there. Check out their negative reviews. I am thinking the positive ones are fake. Total scammers who never answer the phone nor check their voice-mail. Try it for yourself.

Dr. Jafri has been my primary for years now. I've never had issues getting appointments, referrals to specialists. They always listen to my concerns and react accordingly. Very much recommend

Everything was great. Dr Jafri always gets me in quick. His staff is amazing. They make it easy to get my referrals and refills in a timely manner. I’ve been going there for a couple of years now and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. They work hard and I appreciate it!!

Can't say enough about Dr. Jafri and his amazing team at main street medical clinic. Super professional and very personable. They know your name and are attentive to your needs. I have and will continue to recommended them to people who I believe may need a primary care doctor.

Dr. Jafri is GREAT, staff is friendly & there's a limited wait time. I took off 1 star because it's so difficult to get refills sent to my pharmacy since Kenya left about 2 years ago. She answered on the 1st call & sent Rx to my pharmacy while on the phone with me. Now I have to call several times, leave messages & talk to different people to get it done. It's an ALL DAY LONG waiting game.

Great staff, excellent care. Dr. Jafri has always been considerate and compassionate with all my health care issues. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. If you want a health care provider that listens and pays attention to details, this is the place!!!
