“I visited this store, for the first time, to ship an item for which I needed a USPS Medium Priority Mail box because I had already bought the label on-line. I missed getting to the USPS office because it's Saturday and they closed at 12:00 noon.
So here are the bullet points about this store and my experience:
* They stay open until 5:00 PM on Saturday
* They had a full assortment of free USPS Priority Mail boxes
* The gentleman behind the counter (possibly the owner?) graciously taped the box closed for me
* The gentleman graciously used my pre-printed label and attached it to the box for me
* The gentleman was kind and had a friendly demeanor and engaged in an informative conversation
* This service cost me nothing
If only our USPS employees were this gracious and friendly! Thank you MailBox Store, you have a customer and fan for life!

“This Postal Annex location is part of my life's tapestry! I have been a customer for 10 years or even more! The staff is exceedingly friendly, always accommodating and extremely accurate. When I walk in I feel I am part of the family and am treated well by all the staff. They do get very busy but never too busy to greet everyone who comes in. They don't have to tell their customers that they are appreciated because their every day acts of service proves how much they do. One can never be too careful today with package pirates and those going thru your mail searching for what might feel like a gift card or credit card. I leave everything to my friends at the Postal Annex. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Yogi, Mr. Barry and Mr. Lee. Thank you guys for taking care of me!! Donna Wick :-)”

“If you need to ship framed artwork across the country and need it packed well and in a humongous box, this is the place to go! Yes, it's pricey to ship artwork if you want it done right, but that's the way you have to do it. Hats off to staff member LEO, who wrapped my three framed artwork pieces so well that they might be miniature Ft. Knox's. The box was indeed humongous and filled with mountains of styrofoam popcorn (don't like the stuff but it was necessary!). The humongous box and its priceless (to me) contents arrived on time and were perfectly pristine. Thanks to the Spring, TX UPS Store and especially to Leo for a job well done!”
“2024: This place is still hands down the best place to send overseas packages. The local UPS was a disaster. I'm amazed that people find Nina rude as that has never been my experience.

I've never had a problem with any of the staff. The younger assistants don't always know their stuff, but I've always found everyone including the owner very polite. It's my go to drop off location and I get all the tracking numbers emailed to me.”
“This is one of better stores in the area. As many times as I have had packages sent, the people are friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had any issues with packages going out and service has always been great!!!!!”

“There’s not too much that can “wow” someone when going into a UPS store. However, my experience was a 10/10 today. Scott was personable, immediately acknowledged me soon as I walked in the store, was very professional and courteous. I was in and out of the store in less than 7-minutes. That’s including me having to send emails with tracking labels, getting the labeled printed, carefully boxing up my item (I was underprepared) and still having small talk while accomplishing everything.”

“The owner of this particular UPS store @ i45 & Rayford - is the BEST!!! His kindness and sense of humor always makes my day brighter!! Unlike most UPS stores,They don't charge for taping the box up or even to print the label!! I'm glad I held onto this return so he gets the revenue!”
