I called in to see if the truck was on the lot. They confirmed that it was. 15 minutes later I pulled into the lot and of course the truck is nowhere to be found. The trucks they had were over priced. Felt like Bait and switch.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I spent all day getting everything together to buy my son a truck. Had one picked out and everything supposedly done. Dealing with a dealer named Ileane. We live in Louisiana. My son drove 5 hours to get this truck. He got there at 9 am the time we told her we would be there and they already sold it. No phone call or anything to let us know it was gone. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Typical stealership, they will help u till the car is out of the lot, they will add there fees, say they took it off, add it back on when they lower ur interest.
They will tell you that fee is because of the tires tint and so on, but when u tell them car tires slipped in rain and it's steering to the side, guess what not their problem car is out of lot despite telling them from day 1.
U will try to call them and they will ghost you harder then ur dad who went to buy milk on ur 3rd birthday.
Regret the purchase because after fee could have bought the car brand new, instead I'm having to dump more money to repair it. Atleast I got 2 free oil changes on my electric vehicle

RUN AWAY FAST cause I Most DEFINITELY do not recommend!! Go to a LEGIT dealership if you want to buy and sell your vehicle. After I already bought a vehicle from them I start getting the run around about them buying my other vehicle. NEVER AGAIN and I’ll send my people to a wrecker lot before I send them to MAC HAIK DODGE on 45 or spring Tx.

Communicated all week to let them know we were coming from Austin...3 hours away...to purchase not one, but TWO cars. We take the drive and pull up to speak with Juan Alvarado...who tells us we haven't been speaking to him, didn't get a call or none of the texts from him...it was his scheduler, and they sold the vehicle that was supposed to be ready for my daughter when we arrived. I was to purchase the 2nd vehicle for myself once we arrived. Horrible customer service, waste of 6 hours of travel, and ZERO consideration from your personnel.

Do not go here! I was told they had a Toyota Rav4 with heated seats they did not. Tried to sell us 2018 Toyota 4Runner with 51,000 miles on it and the best they could do was $33,500. When to Fred Hass Toyota and got a 2022 Toyota Rav4 with all the bells and whistles for $30K walk out and only 17K in miles! Mac Haik Pre-Owned will bend you over and won't use any lube. DO NOT GO THERE.

If you don’t have the best of credit don’t waste your time. There was no need for Mr. Jeff the supervisor to over talk me and be blatantly rude. I was working with them since yesterday morning a phone call saying hey we didn’t forget about you would be nice. But for me to have to call the next day to find out that they still didn’t get an answer from 1 pm the previous day plus have a supervisor Mr. Jeff be so blatantly disrespectful and then hang up on me is totally unacceptable
