I had other major work done, they came highly recommended. I took my 2005 Chrysler in for an oil change. An engine light came on. Another red light came on that I never seen before with a lightening bolt. My car over-heated. I lifted the hood and threw a towel over the radiator cap until it finished boiling over. The cap came right off in my hand. I went back to speak to them and they said they saw the mechanic on camera tighten it? Why would you need to mess with my radiator cap to change my oil?
