Got a lawnmower back in March, got the 3 year protection plan. It broke and went back to see if they could repair or get a new one, after going back and foward with 2 different managers they were able to take my lawnmower and send it to get fixed. I was told no more that a week, this was on 9/19. Today they called and asked for all my info, why? Well because they lost my info they never send my lawn mower to get fixed, that is what i was told. I called the manager and asked what was going on and completly lied to me and said that the manufacture never picked it up and that it happens and that i was at the mercy of the manufacture!!!! Then i was told they are going to send it next wednesday to get it fixed,(oct 4th) 15 days, yes 15 days from the inital day i took it in just to send it to see if it can be fixed. Lowe's you have got to do better, this will be my last purchase from Lowe's.

Horrible management! There's a reason for the 1.5 star ratings! Home Depot from here on out after my latest issue. Horrible, horrible!! My biggest concern is when you call corporate to make them aware of management issues @ this store all corporate does is say they will send a message to the store manager. Is this the twilight zone????? I called corporate because of the manager & Im supposed to expect the store to fix the problem they've created with management & the way they treat customers. When I asked for the district managers email all corporate would give me is a first name: Kevin. Well Kevin your store number 0563 has a problem....management! Starts at the top sir! Roll the camera footage from 7/23/23 customer service area!

No wonder they have the worst reviews. I went in for door hardware and was told by one guy that it's all special order then found a set right in front of us. I wanted bronze and they had nothing out so I went to customer service since the first guy was no help. The next guy didn't even bother to look and said "yeah all that stuff is online now". Do better. Just do better. Zero sense that all the stuff would be online when people literally come here to buy stuff for their homes. Not to mention he didn't look at all.

SANDRA is awesome. I went in just before closing to order a big item that I couldn't order online. Today was the last day of a sale price and she figured out how to order the item even when the other employees told me it was not possible. THANK YOU SANDRA.

Do not get anything delivered from this Lowes. They will change your delivery date/time and never notify you and then will not let you cancel/refund your order. Couldn't get a manager for 20 minutes. Will have to come back tomorrow and cancel my order because their system wouldn't allow me to do it today. Ruining my weekend and wasting my time & money.

I wish I could give them a -5 stars. Their delivery service is beyond horrible. They changed the delivery time twice without notifying me and showed up later than the last time they gave me. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Shopping at Lowe's was a horrible experience.I went to Lowe's to purchase a finish nail gun and nails. Everything was going well, I made the purchase.As I was heading back to my jobsite I decided to take a look at the new nail gun I had purchased.I open the box and I couldn't believe my eyes the gun was old and beat I just couldn't believe it .I make a U-turn and get right back to Lowe's and explain that I was sold a used and beat up gun. I was treated like a thief I showed them my receipt and showed them that It had been no more then 3 minutes since I had made the purchase.They told me I could not get a refund or replacement .It made me very upset to be paying for a new gun and receiving and old beat up nail gun.

Where do I start. Horrible location and I expect more from lowes. Felt as though I was in Walmart and I hate that place. Not one register open, and I asked the worker why and both struggled their shoulders while looking at the line and customers. Line for self service long. I literally left the cart full right in line and walked out. Ask for St. Augustine seeds, the worker literally said if you do not see it, we don't have it. It's 7:44p on 4/18/2022 and I am literally sitting in the parking lot while writing g this review. Horrible.

Don't bother. This location never has anything in stock and no one is ever available to help you find it if it was. Go across the parking lot to Home Depot.

When I walk into a Lowe's, all I see are possibilities. Lately I have been in love with spending time outside working on my yard. Yes I have killed some plants. Sorry plants! But I have some that are thriving. They also have a good grilling section. I love spending time walking the grilling section trying to figure out what other accessories I would possibly need. My biggest complaint is the checkout lane when it gets a little busy. They need to have better line marker or signs. It can be a bit confusing.
