It's a great place to work out. And alot of nice people who seem helpful. Only thing is the men's bathroom could use a.little more cleaning..but everything else is top notch.

Perfect for all levels of lifters. I love the different machines and attachments that you won’t find at a commercial gym. Staff is awesome. Hours are perfect and the sign up process is extremely fast and easy. Ps. (No contracts or sign up fees) Definitely recommend!

This is a gym of champions! They have traditional bodybuilding equipment, crossfit strongman, and power lifting setups. For example, KB goes up to 200 lbs, and there is a yolk bar, Ohio, and TX bars. There are bending deadlifts and squat bars, 3 truck tires to flip, and ample amount of cardio equipment from brands like Rogue, assault fitness, and True Runner .The atmosphere is very friendly. Anyone is happy to spot you. The gym is constantly evolving, and new equipment keeps being added .The bottom line is, if you are a seasoned athlete and/or serious about getting in shape; become a member of this gym.

I come here when I’m in town from Austin, being in the fitness realm for 10 years and in the business, I have a few things to point out.1. The parking is difficult to find and spots are tight for this whole gym to operate.2. Customer service at the front desk is by all means a combination of rude, unwelcoming, and dry. I’ve been to this gym about 10x as a guest so far and every interaction at the front desk has been such a let down.3. Day passes are at $21 and no weekly packages what so ever.4. The day pass is overpriced and more than half of the cardio equipments did not turn on. If the gym is going to overcharge for a day pass or the membership then all or most equipment should be available. That said, the equipments that do work and members are amazing. Some high tech equipments I’ve rarely seen and the members are so kind, it doesn’t match the people working at the front desk at all. I’ve seen the owner once and I believe he was walking around to the members and that shows the connection between the owner and members. That said, I wish I could use this gym every time I’m in town, but it’s overpriced day passes and the unwelcoming front desk that truly inhibits me from visiting or even recommending to my friends that live in the area.

This gym is alright. If you want to cancel your membership, just go ahead and plan that a month ahead of time. You’ve got to email some third party company and wait 10 days before you get a response. I just wish they’d change that policy or tell someone how long it takes instead of making it seem like it’s a quick and easy thing. I finally found a number to reach out with this third party company and I was put on hold with a bot for a while. Then I was informed by the bot they would call me back. Still never got that call. Actually, I’m still waiting for this to get resolved. Sucks I’m being charged another month when I won’t be accessing this gym at all due to a medical condition now.

Lgnd Barbell is a great place to work out, regardless of your fitness level. The gym is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and there's a wide variety of equipment to choose from.I'm not even close to my fitness goal of losing weight, but Lgnd Barbell has helped me make a lot of progress, especially mentally. Everyone at the gym is doing their own thing and working hard to reach their goals, which motivates me to get off the couch, avoid excuses and take responsibility for my own health.Don't be discouraged by the negative reviews online (haters gonna hate!) I highly recommend Lgnd Barbell to anyone looking for a motivating environment to work out in.

Been a member for a year and a half. when i first came here March (2022) i was bodybuilding then months later i transitioned to powerlifting. This gym never disappoints..henry is super cool and you immediately make a family there. The music is diverse they play all kinds anything you like. The vibe is badass and the people are really nice and cool and they play no games here which i really like as well.Amazing first warehouse gym i ever been to and looking forward to the expansion

You’ll notice a theme with most of the reviews you see here. I’m a regular person who walked in hoping to find a trainer and welcoming #atmosphere. I did not find that. The gym itself like most of the people in it are beautiful. Today I drove over to the gym and was met with rude front desk customer service lady who barely wanted to answer any questions - no other staffer tried to help she didn’t get up and was talking softly so I had to lean over to hear her. She also couldn’t hear me so kept asking me the same questions I had already answered in terms of what I was looking for. She was not engaged in helping me find a trainer. This is definitely a place for people already in shape and young - when I shared my experience with those who manage the instagram I was told if I don’t like how they run their business then I should go elsewhere. Don’t all businesses benefit from calm feedback? Also whoever rubs the instagram said they witnessed the staffer help me. No - they couldn’t hear the convo and we’re not near enough to hear that I was repeating myself. If you’re looking to learn about health and wellness this is not the place. Fortunately I had other locations and gyms to visit. So, next. I also tried to describe the person who was rude and the owner didn’t want to listen to any feedback. No great customer service at all.

Went here to sign up for a one month pass. Filled out the info on the ipad and paid the $70 dollars. Afterwards the guy behind the counter told me he needed to make a copy of my drivers license. I asked why, he replied "We need to know who you are.". I asked why, he replied "It is Texas law. I cannot let you in here without a copy of your ID.". The FTC reports over a million cases of identity theft every year. I did feel comfortable letting him make a copy of my ID. I asked if he could refund my money because he did not tell me about the ID requirement beforehand. He said he could not, but he would make a note, and the manager Nikki would call me on Monday. I asked if the manager had a phone number or email I could contact her on. He said she did not, but I could contact her through Instagram. Kinda strange that a gym does not have a contact channel for their managers. When I got home I called back and talked to the same guy. He gave me her email address. I do not know why he told me she did not have one when I was standing there. I sent multiple emails and left voicemails for the manager Nikki. Never got any communication returned. I looked up Texas law. Gyms are governed by the Texas Health Spa Act. There is no such law that requires gyms to keep a copy of a persons ID. Why would they keep copies of peoples IDs and lie about it? Will all of the ID theft these days, I would think they would want to avoid that liability. It looks really shady when the manager refuses to return calls and emails.

I’ve been working out at LGND for a little over a year now and I could never go back to a gym like LA Fitness or Fitness Project. It doesn’t matter what stage of your fitness journey you’re in, this gym is awesome for all of them! No matter your shape or size, you will feel welcome and at home. I’ve now got almost all of my immediate family to join and we love working out here together! The atmosphere is badass, there’s a wide variety of equipment and the staff are professional and super cool.Wouldn’t wanna call any other gym home, I legit love this place.

Been attending here since May 22 and couldn't say enough positives about it! Friendly vibe, everyone is helpful but respectful of each other's fitness goals, drama free. Loads of equipment means I'm never waiting on someone to finish or asking how many sets they have left. Clean and well maintained. Can't wait to see what the future holds for LGND!

Great gym coming from the normal franchised gyms it was a great transition. The front desk staff is helpful. In my time of membership I’ve learned that this gym is consistent on providing a great experience for customers. Things break in all gyms but they’re transparent and almost always have repairs in a timely manner.

Good gym BUT awful employees, trainers are so rude to regular ass people working out. They look at people like they're worthless and the people who answer the phone speak to customers in the same way. If they don't like the question that you have, apparently they just hang up (this has happened twice) L gym workers and management.

My favorite gym I've ever been a member of and I've been to gyms all over the country. Old school hardcore feel. The people here are there to workout not only socialize. So many members are actually in good shape that it's motivating for you to work hard to be in shape.
