“I have been going to this Express Laundry Center since I moved here last year. I always had good service and clothes were clean and done in a timely manner. Recently, they have hired more people but the quality has diminished greatly. When I picked up my clothes last week, not only were they not done at 48 hours, but when I came back several hours later to pick it up, some of my items weren’t washed. I will no longer patronize this location and encourage you to look elsewhere as well.
***Update***** I went to the Express Laundry Center in Conroe and to my surprise, the owner Robert (who was very kind and gracious) was there. He listened to my issues and expressed his apologies. The ladies at the Conroe location were amazing and happy to assist me. I will now be going to the Conroe location. I am grateful and appreciative of the time and care that was taken by the owner and the ladies at this center. (Also the Sawdust location would definitely improve if Rose came back, I’m unsure of what has happened to her.)”
“I'm going to give this place a 5 , clothes came out great and excellent customer service. Cleaners is very pricey compared to others and sadly I won't be back.”
“I have been here about 4 times so far and it is a nice washateria with updated machines and I like that I dont have to bring or use coins. However every time I come the trash cans are over flowing with trash and the floor really needs to be swept...can I suggest to have an attended clean up in the evening or early morning when it opens and or closes”
“Took 2 long curtain Panels to be cleaned and was charged a reasonable price! I had stopped by a cleaners close to my house that quoted double the price that Unik charged me. They did a great job, friendly service, and decent price! Also I dropped off late Wednesday and they were ready early Friday!”

“Amazing prices. They absolutely blew my old dry cleaner out of the water on pricing (the men’s warehouse cleaners on Louetta).
I will never go back to my old cleaner. Awesome fast service. I dropped off 6 dress shirts and a jacket at 5pm, it was done by the next day.
Everything was crisp and clean. I’m in awe!”

“I moved to this area about 5 years ago. For about a year I tried 3 or 4 different cleaners until I found Spring Cleaners. I have been using them ever since. I decided to write a review because I have not had any problems with them in over 4 years. The husband and wife are both very friendly and down-to-earth people. We need more businesses like this. I strongly recommend.”

“I read all the bad reviews and so avoided trying this place but to my surprise I had the most easiest, friendly experience here! I came at 11pm on a Saturday night. There was a very nice young man here that quickly saw me looking around like a noob and helped point out which machines took card. At one point I needed a paper towels and he kindly ripped me a sheet from the staff supply room. This place is super legit, lots of machines (I’d say around 75% of the machines take coins only and the rest offer card option), easy to get to and has vending machines for toys, candy plus you can buy the laundry supplies you might need right here… love it!!”

“Shanaz was super helpful. I wore a shirt twice and got a bad rust stain on the sleeve. I had bleached it already and it didn’t come out. She said that she would try but it may not come out. That next time not to wash or bleach a stain and bring it straight to her.Turns out she got the stain out and I am super happy! Their place also sewed a button on one of my shirts that was missing a button for free. I will be a loyal customer and recommend using this cleaner and alterations shop to anyone.Thanks for the help!!”

“I have done business here since 2002. Once, I dragged a sweater sleeve through very fragrant & oily candle wax & took to Time Cleaners without much hope. The cleaners COMPLETELY removed the wax & the scent.I was amazed.Highly recommend!”
