I frequent this particular location often. Went in with a return issue on Sunday and I can honestly say these Ladies did everything possible to assist me. We completed my transaction and I wanted to let everyone know how great they are. Not for the 1st time but typically always. I have been shopping at this location for YEARS! Have not been disappointed yet. Thanks Ladies for the awesome customer service.

Leaving this location at 5pm on Oct 1st 2023. Every employee that was at this location was unhelpful. Wasn’t greeted when I came in and the African American lady with the tired braids and black graphic tee shirt that was there walked by me several times and didn’t even offer to help me find what I was looking for when it was clear I was searching. Get better employees Lane Bryant because the ones there today are sorry.

I think the lady that helped me was named Carolyn..she gets 5 stars all to herself..i was kinda needy and in a rush and she was super accommodating and helpful!!! U Rock!!
