I have been coming here for over a year . Mindy has been my nail tech up until last week when I came and was told she wouldn’t be returning ? What!! I asked and why Absolutely No notice or Anything , the man that would usually be in the salon said he was told nothing from the owner. I asked him could he just give me a fill until I find someone else because clearly I won’t continue to come here, the Salon was Empty on A Sunday morning and he told me that I would have to come back because He had someone that had an appointment but she was out running errands! Like really I asked ? So you want to lose out on some money for a fill all because you said you were waiting for someone to come back from an errand!! And No one was there the place was Empty and I only wanted a fill . This place will not last !! Mindy was the best Hands Down!! That man was lazy and rude!! I think his name is Ted or Tom!! Please dont go to him . Good luck (SHAMEFUL) I wouldn’t give Any stars ⭐️ it I can’t Summit my Review if I didn’t at least GIVE 1 , ?

Service usually is good but today when I got there their was only one technician and a white couple proceeded to come in and without acknowledgment the technician decided to get up from doing my nails in which I was in the establishment first as a black woman to go assist the white couple in which had came in the establishment . Now I tried my best not to show my color and walk out without paying and decided to time how long before she decides to come back and she helped the couple for about 15mins before coming to finish with my nails . Customer service here is usual good but today it was awful then she had the nerve to catch an attitude because I called her out on what she did . Just don’t think as an establishment you should prioritize customers because of their skin color . You guys really need to work on that then she got mad cause she had to give me a $15 discount and decided I couldn’t get the diamonds I was initially supposed to get on my nails in the first place before she made the careless decision to do what she did and for mad at me as the customer .

I wnt in for a full set and pedicure and i was the only person there. I made it clear i wanted a mani and pedi, i decided on doing a full set. Once they were done with my set 2 other clients walked in asking for pedicures. They forgot i asked and when I mentioned I'd go elsewhere they insisted on seeing me. I should have went elsewhere for my feet but gave them the benefit of the doubt that they called for help (if so help never arrived)
The lady was nice but did a number on my toe, and i felt that she felt rushed to have to now 2 pedicure. I have 2 cuts on my big toe, applogies were said obviously that's besides the point my toe now hurts. And the paint job could be better.

This visit was disappointing. It started on a good note but quickly went downhill. I should have known something wasn't right as this place was dead empty on a Friday afternoon. Walked in and was greeted by a guy playing on his phone. I was told to wait as he went to find someone to service me. After a few minutes a mail technician comes out from the back and starts preparing my chair and water. The mail technician was friendly and asked my name and if it was my first time here. She then started asking about my job and if I was single. I did noticed she didn't add anything to my water. She went through the entire pedicure process pretty quickly. My manicure was even faster. She barely did a trim on my nails. They looked uneven and dull when she was done. As I was looking at my nails when she was done, she grabbed her cart and went to the back. She never came back out. I paid my bill and left. I will not be returning here.

I've had my nails done for the past 4 years at Ladue nails. They always do a Fabulous job on my hands and feet! I always receive so many compliments no matter what I'm doing.

Okay let me start by saying I came in around 5 pm on a Wednesday. There were two ladies working . One immediately started in my feet while the other did another clients nails (even though I had just called ahead and was assured someone would be available to do both my nails and feet as I do not like doing one after the other ). The woman who worked on my feet was very kind and did an amazing massage and pedicure. However she was not very skilled at the French tip design I requested and some toes came out a bit crooked . The woman who was doing the other clients nails paused fixed my toes and added my Rhinestones . Great toes are done ...but i still have to wait for her to finish the other client's nails and it's now 6:35 . I really wanted to like this place as I do like the staff just not sure about the work unfortunately

I walked in a little after 10 am….it is now 12:38 and the only services I got done was lashes and nail removal! But I wanted lashes and a full set…VERY slow service all I was told was I’m sorry! Never coming here again

Okay I'm SO confused. The reviews for this place definitely aren't accurate, IMO. Look, the staff is friendly. They're nice sure. But I came in on a Tuesday at 12:30 pm. There was one lady here getting a manicure. No one else. I waited half an hour for a pedicure. When the gentleman finally came out, he didn't know what he was doing? I've had hundreds of pedicures. He didn't offer me different packages. Didn't add anything to my foot bath, used the SMALLEST amount of sugar scrub (which he didn't serve out onto a plate, he double dipped !!GROSS!!, yes he had gloves on but he still stuck his post scrubbing my leg fingers in the big jar...) he stretched my poor ankles in every which direction during my "massage" which was with way too little lotion and tugged and pulled on my skin.. he kept walking off and taking several minutes to come back. Also, he "prepped" my legs with the sugar scrub & lotion and then put one singular hot towel over both my legs which totally did not cover them.. and then he dried me off and went in the back!!!! I had to wait for the lady doing the other woman's manicure to come over and finish my pedicure! I was here for over 2 hours. WHY!? He was very sweet and asked if I was ok at least twice, but had no business working on me like professional nail tech which he clearly was NOT. Once the lady came over she obviously knew what she was doing and was good but very rushed bc she was working on 3 clients (another lady came in during my "massage") by herself. She didn't do a good job, but I'm guessing just bc she was in such a hurry. She didn't file my nails or cut my cuticles. She nipped off some dead skin but didn't work on every toe. She wasn't very careful taking out my ingrown big nails (which is why I get pedicures!!!!) and made me very sore & made me bleed.. The ingrowns suck and I'm used to them hurting but not like this. She didn't even take it all out so now I'll have to go again in a week or so this whole experience was a waste of time. All and all I definitely won't be back but like. I'm just so confused with the reviews?? Nice people. Poor business.

Amazing with my pedicure, she did an overlay set as request and did the most amazing job. I let her know she did the best nails I’ve ever had on my toes. Definitely will be going back & highly recommend 10/10 (did a second review with pictures this time)
