New member as of last night. Went to gym at 5:00 am this morning, they opened on time and my first time through the place. Nice layout and atmosphere, clean locker room, and it was good to see the cleaning staff already working so early in the morning.

I used to love this place and even though it's out of the way I would drive the extra mile for them. However, for the price of the membership and their lack of them servicing their products is unacceptable. Their sauna has been broken for almost half a year now and no sight in it being fixed. One of the reasons i picked this gym was because of the sauna. At this point I am going to have to venture out to other gyms. FIX THE SAUNA!

I went in with my brother to make a one time payment on his account. When I did, I told them I was only helping my brother out and I only wanted to make a one time payment. I told them I wanted to make sure my cc was not linked to his account in any way. They assured me it would not be but then they continued charging me every month for six months even after I called and made it clear my card was not supposed to be linked to the account and was again told they would not charge my card again. I was not a party to any contract, have never worked out at LA Fitness and never will due to their dishonesty and fraudulent practices. I never gave them permission to charge my card more than once and was told over and over that I would not be charged again. I recommend anyone that values honesty in business dealings not do business with LA Fitness.

Sauna has been out of order for months! Originally didn’t have to pay for towel service, now all the sudden there is a fee for towel service? Lots of broken equipment, and equipment with rips and tears. The only thing going for this gym is location and they keep it clean. Other than that it’s going down hill QUICK.

Well, if you like to stare at yourself and play with your phone at a workout station, then go to this gym at 99 and Rayford. Have fun working out between 430 and 630pm.If you want to go to a LA Fitness and get a workout and see other people working to make a change, go to the one on 45 feeder just before cypresswood- West side of 45

I have already cancelled membership. Sauna hasn’t worked in months, started charging for towels and so many machines are broken, including some that have been down for months. So many other better options available.

Towels have been included ever since we started our membership. All of a sudden, they put up a sign that stated towels would now cost $10.00 a month. That sign went up right next to the sign stating that the saunas would be out of order until further notice.

When is the sauna going to be fixed. The thing has been “out of order” for like 2 months now. It’s not some low end gym. fix the place that plenty of people pay for. Especially the Sauna it’s like a core thing in a gym….

My review is based on website only. Navigation of site is pretty user friendly. Pricing for amenities seems fairly reasonable. Planning on signing up here in the near future to see what this establishment has to really offer. Will update review with in house experience once I do.

Clean and the staff is awesome. My only complaints are no Heavy Bag and missing several pieces of essential equipment. Other than that Great gym!

I signed up for this Signature location a couple of years ago and was impressed with the cleanliness of the gym. There were ALWAYS people cleaning the gym, wiping down equipment, mop sweeping, etc. Here in the last 6 months it has started to look worn as in split equipment pads and broken stair steppers for months. There is typically hair around the cardio equipment. I will say the ladies locker room is always clean and they have hair dryers which is a nice touch. I would like this gym to get back in the level they were when they opened and I was happy to pay the extra $10/month to work out at a Signature club.

This sign just showed up saying they are charging for towels now. I was told when I bought my membership that towels were included as part of being a "Signature" club.Interesting move with all of the other gyms popping up in the area. Don't waste your money at LA Fitness. Go to 360 Apex, F45, Hot Worx, or any other close gym that cares about offering their members true amenities instead of trying to nickel and dime them.
