I had a bad experience in the drive thru to pick up a prescription just now. Lady who answered was EXTREMELY RUDE telling me theres 20 people in front of me when i asked her how long was the wait? i was only prescribed ibuprofen. the attitude and rude comments she made were completely unnecessary and unprovoked so i just drove off and now im not getting my prescription period. i just don't understand why she was so angry with me!

Kudos to Clayton our cashier tonight! He went above and beyond for us. Always love coming to this Kroger because of the friendly staff.

Restrooms were locked so most the stuff here has my dirty handprints all over it. Also I spilled my drink on the self checkout machine by accident so at least one of them is probably damaged. After waiting for long enough to eat my sushi for the call attendant button to call an attendant, I got tired and just told the lady I was stealing as I walked out with what didn't spill from my drink. I bet they get a security guard before they get better service lol.
Edit: She was talking that "he said, she said" to another Kroger employee. They were not busy.

Horrible Kroger! Do not do grocery pick up at this Kroger. This is the second time, I have done grocery pick up and my produce have mold!!!!
Who in the right mind provides customers with produce that has mold! This defeats the purpose of grocery pick up. Since now I have to make another trip to a better grocery store like HEB to pick up what I need because an ignorant lazy employee from Kroger couldn’t pick out proper produce.

The Kroger off 360 1960 and 45... The employees try VERY hard, someone even stoled my $300 from the self check out lane! The employees/manager looked over the videos, and gave us our money back. It is almost 90% of the customers that are the ones with the bad attitudes! ESPECIALLY in the parking lot, watch EVERYTHING and EVERYONE! So MANY get in fights over the littlest things, and NONE stop zooming in the parking spaces! All I say is try to go BEFORE 1 or 2pm and stay safe!

I went to this Kroger last night around 7:15 pm. Great prices. I was getting groceries for the upcoming week. They had great sales so I decided to buy meat for 2 Easter gatherings. I spent about an hour shopping. I went to check out there were NO checkers. The self check line was almost to the back of the store. I am sorry but I am not going to self check and bag $200 of groceries. This is so disappointing. This store is very close to our home. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened over the last year. HEB and Aldi are just as close and both always have checkers. I guess they want my business!

Worse shopping experience! No employee greeted or acknowledge customers presence, the Starbucks there waited five minutes because the employee had to have a call the three hour conversation so they can figure out what they wanted to order and then her ignore the pain Customer worst customer service ever! Will never be going back!!!!If I could, I would’ve put a fourth of a star Not a star!

There was no one to back up the rep for customer service when they went on break I had to wait for service. This was the closest store to help with my money transfer needs. I didn’t need to shop I just needed to have this quick service taken care of and there was no one else in the store who would help or care to help. Poor customer service! The workers pasted by looking at me and no one would help!
