Horrible experience. The managers are very rude one of them refused to give me his first and last name. My elderly mother fell and slipped hit her head! On the floor! There was spilled milk on the floor! They had no remorse. One of the assistant manager named Devon Gibbs told me to get my mother to a chair which was all the way by the Starbucks area!!!!! I could barely get her up he didn’t help me , he just was standing there watching 2 women get an elderly lady up and to a seat!!!but a Good Samaritan helped me and she saw the spilled milk , Mr. Devon Gibbs flagged down a cleaning employee and had him mop the spilled me asap!!!!! The ambulance was called and my mom was bleeding . No remorse what so ever.

I’ll give the store 5 stars because it’s always good energy when I go in. However I think this would be the only option for me to actually express how I feel after having an interview here.
I had an interview in the beginning of May I had high expectations in landing the one of the two positions I had applied for. I have full experience with the online pick up but not with the other. I know they desperately needed people for Starbucks as I always see one person working there.
The manger who did a group interview made it seem as if we all would have the job especially when all of us had the experience. When we were told “you’ll hear something by Friday” I knew it wasn’t going to be good. I still had positive thoughts about getting hired.
I ended up getting a denial saying they went with others with more experience. I worked for Kroger in Arizona before just when COVID hit. I was with them for about a year until I moved to remote work due to COVID. I felt extremely discriminated against because the email stated “no experience” but my question for Kroger is if you hire people with no experience won’t you train them? Why say training is 4 hours but then deny for a position? I would have expected to not get the deli position but for what I did for a year?
I really thought long about making a review to get some sort of feedback from someone other than the store manager. The online pick up I don’t really think that would require someone to work overnight.
Everywhere I go I make sure everyone is greeted and respected. But this was heartbreaking for me to get a denial even if it was part time.
I really hope me not being hired wasn’t due to any personal reasons. Again I DO have experience working with Kroger. I feel that I was being pushed to work at Starbucks when I didn’t apply for that.
This won’t stop me from shopping there, but I would like for someone to reach out to me about this.

I recently visited your store and had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of your employees. She was working the checkout lane and her behavior was absolutely unacceptable. I asked her a simple question and she rolled her eyes at me, clearly showing her disdain. Her attitude was incredibly rude, and it felt like I was a bother to her. Customer service is supposed to be about helping and being courteous to customers, but this lady was the exact opposite. She made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This is not the kind of treatment anyone should receive, and it reflects very poorly on your store. I hope you address this issue and ensure your staff is trained to provide better service in the future.

This location is handing out counterfeit money to customers. My grandparents were given a fake 50 dollar bill that Kroger refuses to give the proper money back for. Photos were taken. They claim they can’t tell on the camera in the store if it’s the same because they have horrible quality so my family has to pay the price. This is absolutely horrible. I’ve never experienced this at H.E.B or Walmart or Whole Foods or anywhere else for that matter. 50 dollars isn’t worth a lot to Kroger but to my grandparents that’s worth way more. They’re hard working individuals who Kroger has taken advantage of. It’s been over two weeks and they keep getting told they will receive a call back and haven’t had any solution. They have been loyal customers for years! Kroger please do better. I gave a 1 star but a if I had the choice to leave a no start I would. #krogergivesoutfakemoney

I love Kroger. They have the best coupon system hands down. This location has a great team of people in the meat department. All other employees are always very nice and helpful. Everyone has a smile... My only request is that they need to hire more baggers! Maybe now that it's summer, hire a few high school kids or something? Bagging at Kroger was my first job when I was 16 and needed gas money lol

Open up registers. No reason to have 15-20 customers in a self check out line.
Y’all should also have a limit on self checkout so people aren’t ringing up 30+ items on a self checkout machine. Y’all got 10+ registers but not a single one open? That’s ridiculous.
