Absolutely terrible store. My elderly disabled mother was belittled and talked down to by a "so called manager" there so horribly she will NOT return. No customer service skills exist there or the proper way to speak to anyone. Absolutely pathetic! I will take this as far as I need to so I can ensure no elderly person is treated with such utter disrespect.

There is never more than 1-2 cash registers open. ive been shopping here since 2019. so scanning at the self check, the system says something around the likes of item not scanned and to wait for someone. then the lady comes and a recording of me is showing me scanning items on two separate occasions. its not the ladies fault but me being in my work uniform and everyone around can see the lady reviewing the footage, i have never felt so humiliated in public. im upset and just sitting here and havnt even put away my shopping yet.

At 12:45pm I pull into the pharmacy drive thru line with two cars ahead of me. The first car in line sat in line till exactly 1pm and pulled away as the pharmacy pulled down the closed sign and ignored the customers, four cars, in line. There have been numerous times that a prescription is meant to be auto filled by a certain date, it’s marked on my account and I’ve had to call and remind them to please fill my prescription’s numerous times.

I wanted a small amount of ham at the deli. The young girl insisted I take what was already cut up and put out. I didn't feel like arguing so I just walked away than she decides to talk about it and laugh with the other girls. Although the cashier was very sweet and welcoming at check out.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE for your grocery purchase. I've placed an online order for store pickup today 12/19 and my order was cancelled because the store manager didn't want to honor the special deal that they have on the kroger website since they lose money on it. My order was for 10 packs of the chicken wings and 8 packs of the chicken drums and at the time they have BOGO free. Then they cancelled my order and took off that deal and tell me to reorder with the full price tag. This is shady and very dishonest practice and as a consumer we are protected under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) for false advertisement. The store manager and the woman whom worked at the pickup department were very rude to me, and they falsely accused me of all the wrong doings such as "abusing the coupon policy, a liar because I have cancelled my own order not them",etc... I was very shocked and very frustrated on how I got treat by this store employees. Do not come here if you don't have to.

I purchased some items from Kroger today 3/7/22 and everything that I bought was contaminated. I have been having pressure in my chest and some dizziness when I began to consume the drinks and food. The sausage and candy had needle marks in them that could be seen. The bread was wet and I refused to try the cheese. Kroger has been working with the feds who are looking for my ex and they are putting a contaminate in my food and drinks to make me have a heart attack to cover their tracks. I am 66 years old and have never had a health problem until they started putting the contaminates in my food and drinks. Kroger is being paid to do this and I have written the corporate office but the feds are taking the mail from the post office. I have also written the Justice Department in Washington to report the agents but I am sure they stole that letter also. I can't hire an attorney as they will not allow one to help me. My phone is hacked and under their control and so us my email. I can't call anyone without them blocking the number or telling them what to say or do. These federal agents are criminals. Just as there are bad cops, these are bad agents. My number is 281-798-0471. Call the media or the Justice Department in Washington and let them know for me please. This is not a joke nor do I have mental problems. They are actively trying to kill me because of the evidence that I have against them and it's a lot. This review may not post.

I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years but their service has become intolerable in the last few months. I called and spoke with someone they gave me an estimated pick up time, I arrived 20 to 30 minutes after that pick up time and they told me it would be at least another 30 minutes. This has happened three pick ups in a row. The attitude is never apologetic They didn’t have an important RX and they said they would order it. I called 2 more days to see if they got it at which time I was told no but we will try again in 4 days! This was a Sunday which left me little time to scramble to get it filled elsewhere. WHY WOULDN'T YOU TELL SOMEONE YOU WILL NOT EVEN BE TRYING AGAIN FOR 4 DAYS! I will for sure be changing pharmacies. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

sushi is okay here sometimes it's a hit or miss. i ordered $20 worth of sushi for it to taste stale and brown avacado (not my preference sorry). obviously go earlier to get it fresher, i think i prefer the sushi from humble instead though. besides that usually when i go the store is clean, cramped though, lots of people complain about rotten food and also they have no ramune??? . saw some non wearing maskers though hope they're bed ridden now. There's better sushi in the area than this kroger's might as well go somewhere else :)!

"We save our insulin syringes for our regular diabetic customers." Im so glad to see that the diabetic life that I am responsible to maintain is not as important as the others... no thats fine im sure skipping insulin cant be that bad right. What a joke. Great job being horrible back there especially you grandpa.
