Twice now I have arrived after the time that my prescriptions were supposed to be ready and was told they were not ready yet. Arrived today, waited behind another car for almost 30 minutes and when I pull up the lady was rudely shutting the door and said, sorry we're closed for lunch and the pharmacist is gone. So.... I wait in the parking lot until they open back up and sure enough my meds were still not ready. I said I would wait and was told I needed to pull around. I refused and the pharmacist named Debbie came over and advised that if I did not move and go around she would not fill my meds. I am moving my prescriptions and I am done shopping at Kroger at all. Walmart gets our $800 a month grocery bill, $300 a month gas bill and mine and my husband's several hundred dollar a month prescriptions and I will be letting everyone I know not to ship at Kroger. Horrible way to be treated after being a loyal Kroger customer for 30+ years.

I’ve been filling my prescriptions here since around 2018/2019, and even though I moved to Conroe (so it’s quite the drive to pick up my prescriptions) I still use this pharmacy. All of the pharmacists are so nice and never offered judgment about my prescriptions! I’ve had some really bad experiences in the past with pharmacists telling me that I “don’t look depressed “… Never Kroger Raeford!

Went to the drive thru at 1245. They said come back after 130 cuz we take a break from 1-130 and it takes time to process. Then why have a drive open for pickup if you can't pickup during scheduled business hours???I went inside to ask if they could do my prescription while there and Renne said no and acted like she could care less.Do not come here close to.break time.

The employee up in the register area in the morning is unbelievably rude. I'm sick of her her bad attitude every time I go in there. You have the person at the gas pumps always in the store. I hate this place. Avoid it at all cost the produce section is not even that great. They obviously don't care about their customers. Leave us waiting outside for the cashier at the gas pump to come in and then if you have to go in because you're tired of waiting for her then you have to deal with the rude ass lady in the front.

I am tired of machines and gas pumps being poorly thought out and being confusing to operate the first time. When you scan a loyalty card, it says to put a credit card in (not credit or debit card) and after it scans the card and you insert your pin it says to take it out. Next it shows the options of discounts the loyalty member has accrued with arrows to the buttons on either side of the screenBUT Those buttons are not what you are supposed to press. You are supposed to intuit that in order to select a discount option, you press a corresponding number on the number pad that is about two feet to the right of the screen. I couldn't figure this out, as I normally use HEB which has an easier to use loyalty screen and I had to wait about 10 minutes for the poor guy working in the 5' x 8' booth to find a break from the walk up customers in order to come out and help me do something so simple and obvious ONCE it is explained. He was a great, nice guy and explained it is a common issue. Signage is important, especially when you have a poorly designed gas pump menu, maybe invest in some and cut down on situations like this. Or possibly even better, patch a simple line of code that says "select the corresponding me discount number on the number pad", which would be very helpful. Kroger is a multi billion dollar company that has a person asking every person doing self checkout if they want to "help children in need by donating to Krogers charity" when we all know that is a way for Kroger to cut down on its taxes and who knows how much actually goes to charity. Then I go outside to get gas and have trouble just doing that because they can't be bothered to have a streamlined loyalty discount screen on their pumps. First world problems yes, but still frustrating and could be executed much better.

Had questions about a prescription the lady was so rude. She would not go ask anyone for the correct information. Guess she was lazy. I asked for her name so I could report her . Her customer service was so horrific, I thought management would want to know. In stead of telling me her name or letting me speak to someone else, she hung up on me. So sad that kroger has to have these types of people working for them.

Seriously, all I have to say is Kroger you better be paying your store manager well. I wish I got his name but I had a conversation on the phone with him and then met him in store and he was so professional and just such a genuine nice person. You made my day today ! God bless you. I also love how much options this Kroger has for organic food !

Someone is always there greeting you their service is great if you need help, there's people there to help you. The atmosphere is great. Thank you Kroger for making such a great grocery store where everyone can shop.

This pharmacy is never open when it’s supposed to be. It says they close from one to 130 for lunch, but you can get here at 12:45 and they’ve already closed. Today it said they open at 10 and is now 10:09 sitting in the drive-through and they are not open. Call the number and he said they would open the drive-through shortly. I just feel like that’s unprofessional, you should be open and ready to go at the time you’re supposed to be open. I live about 30 minutes from here so it’s very frustrating when I come over here during their open hours and they are just randomly closed.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. They have no customer service and refuse to give your medication when they are the ones who screwed up. Definitely finding another pharmacy.
