Darlene is awesome! She is both professional and courteous. I rented a unit to store a gift/vehicle for my son's 16th birthday. Since I was solo on this mission, I needed a ride back to my home (nearby). Before i could even order an Uber Darlene offered to give me a ride home. If that isnt 1st rate service, I dont know what is. Thank you Klein Mini Storage.

I rented a UHaul from Darlene 8/30/2021. I made the booking for 3 hours and picked up at 8am. Darlene was pulling in as I was leaving and told me that I could not leave my truck parked there in a very panicked almost screaming tone. I told her that's okay and i ended up having to make arrangements to leave my truck somewhere and have someone drive it back home. Darlene called me at 930 to ask when I was bringing the truck back and obviously because I was busy and moving I couldn't get to her immediately. At 10:30 30 mins before my drop off time I texted Darlene that I needed more time please and that I would have the truck back at 1pm. Darlene proceeded to call me at 10:37 and was immediately hostile and yelling. She threatened that if I didn't bring the truck back by 11:00am, I would be charged $250. I told her that because there was no parking at the Uhaul I had to make arrangements that took more time than initially intended and that I would not be able to drop off the truck at 11:00 am or 12:00pm. She called me a LIAR and said that I made a booking from 8-11am and therefore I was a liar. She also accused me of robbing another costumer of a truck. I told Darlene that I was not robbing anyone of anything, and that I was not a liar, I simply needed more time and that I would have the truck back by 1pm. She then again proceeded to intimidate me by saying if the truck wasn't at her lot at 1pm I would be charged $250. I arrived to drop off her truck at 1pm at the time initially told her I would be dropping off at 10:30 and I asked her what kind of costumer service was that call she made to me? I asked her if every costumer who takes longer than the initially time booked is called a liar and is accused of robbing another costumer? Darlene told me that I inconvenienced another costumer and that Darlene had to call another store to get the costumer a different truck. I told Darlene that from what i know that is a part of owning a business and costumer service when renting Uhauls. I told Darlene that I've rented many Uhauls in the past and I have never had anyone be so unnecessarily rude and disrespectful over something that happens at Uhaul so much, like going over your intended time. Darlene never apologized for any of these comments and I have yet been able to reach anyone about this situation. I have 4 different charges on my account for this Uhaul rental and Darlene told me that I would be reimbursed but that has yet to happen. Additionally I wanted to leave a review under her Uhaul website and it turns out that Darlene wrote a fake review under my name commending her service which is a complete utter lie. I cannot believe how Darlene is running her business and I am in disbelief with this whole situation. I hope someone can get back to me and explain why this happened.

I have been using Klein mini storage for about 2yrs now. I have been extremely pleased with the services they provide. They have worked with me several times over payment issues on my part. I would HIGHLY recommend using them. The staff has always been a pleasure to deal with. Darlene has always gone above and beyond to help me out.

I needed a storage unit, same day, fast because Life Storage messed up the size I needed and was trying to get me into a unit twice expensive then what I reserved on line. I called Klein Mini Storage, told Darlene my problem she matched my quote from the other storage and offered me 1/2 off the 1st 2 months. Plus locked me into that rate for 1 year. (In Writing) I was greeted by Darlene who was very friendly and professional. She got me set up fast and the whole process was painless. I really appreciate the excellent customer service, because moving is stressful enough. She made it as easy as possible. I highly recommend Klein Mini storage to anyone looking for affordable, fast, and friendly service.

Very personalized service. When I arrived, I had the wrong size ball on my hitch. But Darla (manager) loaned me her personal hitch for me to use. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When I returned to unload in my storage unit Darla came down with a cold bottle of water and checked on us.

Great service! We rented a U-haul from Klein Mini Storage and the truck was spotless and sanitized! Manger Darlene went above and beyond to get me a bigger unit at a cheaper rate than my previous storage location. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage place and U-haul.

Darle at Klein mini storage & U-haul was proactive in reaching out to me to make sure I understood the process for picking up the truck via the mobile app, and helped get my info setup ahead of time so I could get through the check-in process even faster. I was able to get my truck and go quickly! I also rented a 10x20 unit, the property is old however Darle was quick to point out that they are older then new storage's but they have everything that they do. It was Darle and the way she presented the property is why we picked Klein mini storage, love that the cameras read licences plates as you come and go off property.
