Visited this place for the first time today and received amazing service, both men were very nice and knowledgeable about the value of my jewelry and gave me a great offer. Sold one of my bracelets so I can get my car brakes done, the guys even gave me a great recommendation of where to go for my car brakes. Thanks I will be back!

We've been in to this place many times, haven't always made a purchase, but have always been treated well. When we have made a purchase we have always got a very fair price. Staff is friendly. We've been in other "pawn shops" that feel kind of dirty and this place feels more like a consignment/used merchandise place, so I would highly recommend it.

Highly satisfied with all the purchases I've made here. The guys are always so nice and open to negotiate. Most of my jewelry and appliances I've bought from here and never had any complaints. My father inlaw has been coming here for years whenever he need a repair for any of his jewelry or watches. There is avariety of everything from jewelry, tools, game consoles, watches, glasses, ammo and if you are a gun person they have tons to choose from? really enjoy coming here I always find gems.? They also do Lay away for anything you will like to put aside and make payments twds it every month. If you have anything Gold they buy it, even if it's a broken chain or earings that don't have the pair they give you money for it. I also recommend them whenever you need a loan interest is decent compared to other places. They definitely have won themselves a faithful customer.?

I brought an item I purchased new from a local big box store we all know and is well respected and trusted. The guy who owns this place insists I tell him the least amount of money I'll take and explains over me while I'm still replying to the last nonsense he told me that it sells new on Ebay from an individual seller and that means it's new and their "new" price is only about half that. Them he wants way less than that even, can't come close. When I tried to reply and tell him I've bought and sold a lot of items on ebay too, all I am saying is those are individual sellers who are unregulated. Those prices are not for new items. They do things like buy return pallets, clean things up, and label them as new. Once again, those are individual sellers and those are not new items. I believe he knows that very well but that is his game. Yes it's my item but it's your offer. How much is the highest you will take is just as fair a question as what is the lowest you'll take. One of the lowest lowballers I've dealt with.

The guy behind the counter gave me an honest offer for my gold, and it was 2.5 times higher than Sunbelt pawn gave me 15 minutes prior. Also the price i expected to get for it was fairly close, if i was being honest with myself and taking into account that they must make money too. Thank you, appreciate the candid honest treatment.

Really tried to tell me the best he could do was 275 for 2 brand new 9mms (ruger) and (scscy) literally went around the corner to northwest pawn and ghost 450 with no haggling..

Purchased multiple items from this place over the years. Placeed a guitar in layaway when picked up with final payment pickguard was missing off the guitar. Someone shady is working there now. Will be looking for a different pawn shop to purchase from. If you are buying or selling try to do business with the older gentleman. ?

Best one in my neighborhood, the guys are always very friendly and they tend to you the whole time and not like other pawnshops that are very rude and they feel like they don't need to help you. I have moved to the galleria area but I always go out my way to drive to their location because of the service and their friendliness. I recommend Klein jewelry and Loan to everyone that's looking for a best pawnshop in town.
