Let me say that the two ladies that helped me in the store and I assume it was the manager that helped me with this mirror are awesome! Their customer service was a breath of fresh air and they helped me when I was looking at the wall art that I wanted for my new house. The mirror looks great in my place but will look better once I hang it up on my wall. lol I’ll definitely shop here again and hopefully those two ladies will be there to assist me. Thank you!! A++++

This store has some "newer" staff that do a good job of keeping things orderly and the new product on the floor. They are always helpful at this store. I would say my only complaint is that many items are cheaply made and don't hold up well. I've had three pieces of decor break or malfunction in the past year alone. That is concerning. All the same, the pricing is usually such that there is value found in the purchase.

Went in this store a week before Christmas. All the associates were all in a circle talking and not acknowledging the customers walking around. We all walked out.

It’s been twice my visit to this store, and always the same rude staff they have, or maybe their racist, on both stores I’ve been treated like my money don’t matter, they won’t greet or even ask if I find everything I need or need help, but I can see their talking to other clients as well.
I will be returning what I bought.

Products are okay quality, on the pricey side even with discount.. I give a it a three star because the staff always gives me the stinky eye.Last time I visited, I was doing a return, employee tossed return receipt on the counter.Kirkland’s stands behind their return policy, if one is not satisfied with purchase, customers get 30 days to return in the form of which they paid the store originally.It’s really rude to any customer in general to feel upset at Kirkland’s employees reaction..
