My child does not go here yet and I don’t plan on enrolling him. I had a bad experience just inquiring about starting him at this facility. I called to inquire if they had availability and I was told that the Director was the one who knew and she was already gone for the day. She took down my info and said that the Director would follow up with me the next day the next day rolls around and it’s about to be 5 PM still no phone calls so I follow up again they told me yes they have availability. They told me their touring times are from 10 to 1 PM. I work from 9 AM to 5 PM straight so I asked her if they did tours by chance after five or closer to closing time due to the fact that I work a straight shift, I get no lunch and she said no , you would think if they were wanting to add a new student to their roster they’d be accommodating, especially for a tour that would take like 10-15 minutes .

If I could give this daycare 0 stars, I would. My wife and I had enrolled our infant daughter here a few months ago and the entire time it has been one issue after another. From injuries, constant illnesses, to the staff completely disregarding any requests or concerns regarding our child, it has feel like every week there is a new issue. Two directors, an increase in tuition, yet nothing has changed. Bottles have gone missing even with her name on them, wrong clothes received at the end of the day, and many other issues plague this place. Multiple times we have requested the staff to not kiss our child and they would still do it, catching them on camera or even do it in front of us thinking we wouldn’t notice. Even after talking to the director multiple times about this the staff still do it. With her injury, she sustained it right above her eye and the cut was deep enough to where she was bleeding. The staff said she fell while near a bookshelf, but why weren’t they watching her? That injury could have been significantly worse but thankfully she was feeling better after being picked up. Our daughter has been to other daycare facilities before this one, but she had not gotten sick in any of them, but at this particular one she has been sick every other week. The breaking point was the month long outbreak of Hands Foot and Mouth disease that they have done nothing about. Our daughter has been one of multiple infants with the disease, all who have gotten it at separate times in the same room. They claim to sanitize and disinfect the classroom but kids are still catching it in the exact same room. This shows poor cleaning and hygiene practices. For the amount of money being given to this facility you would expect better treatment and practices. I do not recommend this place, and highly recommend people find another daycare even if it’s further away that will properly take care of your children. Do not enroll your kids here.

KRK Spring Central is a safe and loving environment for my children. In the past year they have gained a new Director who has brought on incredible teachers and staff. Their infant room through toddler room teachers are AMAZING.We have a toddler and baby that have been at KRK since infancy and are very happy with the care provided by KRK for both of our children. From infant room up to the toddler rooms, I have made great relationships with teachers, they love my children, and are genuinely happy to care for them. I have toured many daycares in the area and not found anywhere comparable to KRK. I would highly recommend them.

Okay so my daughter and I love this daycare! She’s always happy to go and has made lots of friends. Whenever there is an issue, it’s handled very promptly. Everyone is so nice there also!

As I was looking for daycares for my daughter, two ex employees shared disturbing details about the treatment of children here. This was a couple years ago, but definitely would recommend playing close attention to your children if you decide to try them out. Although my daughter has not been to this daycare, I wanted to spread awareness. Hopefully the director has made improvements when it comes to the teachers that work here.

I have two babies that attend Kids R Kids. They are so attentive and to the their needs, and keeps communication open. I appreciate the teachers and directors for ALL that they do!Being able to see them all day and know that they are getting quality care is EVERYTHING!

Ms. Gigi is such a blessing for our two year old! She knows her colors, letters, numbers and shapes thanks to her class time with Ms. Gigi and the other teachers in her class! My older daughter gets upset if I pick her up too soon after school because she didn’t get enough time to have fun!

Love this place! It really feels like family. I have four kids that goes here and they all love it. It was a easy transition for them. The director ms. Tia is so loving and professional
I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else

I don’t usually write reviews but i had to for this one. This place is a waste of money. My child was neglected completely and found him sick, no one was paying attention to him. I literally took him out two days after he started. They don’t care about the kids at all but their money. So disappointed!

I enrolled my son in a 2 week ago and i love it. The staff is amazing! They are hands on and great with the kids! I would definitely recommend to family and friends!
