Kelly has gone they need to get it together and communicate better. Had a full set of acrylic tips put on by Kelly less then 2 weeks ago and when I came in for a fill-in they soaked and removed all my tips when all that was needed was a trim and fill-in ! Not a relaxing experience when everyone is confused...they couldn't even find the polish I chose Need a floor person to manage things better Btw this is not Joey. IT's Joey's wife.

I had been going to this place for about a year and a half and definitely loved it, the people were friendly and you didn't feel like you were being rushed when having your feet done. Two weeks ago I went to get a pedicure and shellac oh my! The next day the color of the shellac fell off and my feet look like sandpaper, I felt like everything was very rushed, the person who put my nail polish on my hands was super fast and didn't even do it right. Save your money and go somewhere else, very disappointed in the new owners and the staff too.

Met quickly at the door, and practically denied service! I asked for the deluxe and was told they didn't have time. I understood that I would have to wait because everyone was preoccupied.
I asked how long of a wait, because I had hours to spare...I was waiting on my kid's hair to be done. She told me to.come.back the next day.
I asked if it was by appointment only ? and she said they accept walk ins. (But I just walked in...) she told me she could only give me a basic service...which I didn't care to receive.
I couldn't understand what "I don't have time" means...if you are a company that accepts walk ins.
Overall, I wasn't served. Def recommend trying places that...ummm... Have time.

I went for myself and for my partner we both got Kellys special pedicures we loved it. Kim is amazing she pays a lot of attention to detail in her work and makes you feel really relaxed and not rushed. Tim the owner was very welcoming and loved his positive energy

I cannot say enough positives about this lovely, small nail salon. The professionalism beats any place I've frequented over the past 30 years; living in the Klein area. Every customer is greeted as a VIP... whenever I called to schedule appointments, I can be accommodated quickly, and even if I text they have taken the extra time to note my name and phone number so that I am personally greeted ..The environment is pleasant, extremely sanitary, and the work is exceptional.. the customer servantry is stellar! I only regret not having found this place sooner. Each time I leave I feel like I have been bathed in comfort as if I have been to therapy! I highly recommend this salon. The 5 rating is well deserved!

There were 2 customers. One walked out right behind me but for a basic mani and pedi they stated they are unavailable and to come back another day... in an empty facility.

I went today for my first visit, 11/12/23. The service was very good, the whole visit was easy, no drama. We both got in to our appointments fairly timely. My daughter's and my nails look excellent, but, the charge was not what it shows on the website. So double check that, otherwise, it was perfect.Services: Polish removal

I got my pedicure done today with Lynn and she did such an amazing Job! She took her time and was able to remove my ingrown toenail without it being painful! Lynn was very detailed and super friendly. The salon was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. I'm so happy I found a new nail place.Service: Pedicure
