This place literally never has cashiers. They’ll have a line wrapping around with one employee at the register. Get ready to wait 20 mins to check out.

Paid for yarn for my wife for pick up, they apparently couldn't find the order but yet took money out of my account and so not only get my wife's yarn I don't even get my money back for 5 days, they did absolutely nothing but say oh this happens all the time you have to wait 5 days

I bought flannel fabric at the Spring location today. Minimal wait at the cut table. The cutters were very pleasant and interested in my project ( baby blankets) . This is my favorite store, and continues to be! Update June 2023: still my fave store. Update Feb 2024: Just scored $3.99 fleece - filled my basket! $3.99 flannel as well. Flannel makes great baby blankets for Project Linus!

Lady at fabric was already rude and over charged me for fabric that I hadn’t realized yet. She let another lady cut because her fabric was small and she had no number. I waited in line and paid not realizing she added an extra yard of fabric that I got charged. Waited back in line to explain what happened and got told to go back to fabric so they can fix it. Lady at fabric said very rudely the people in front could have fixed it if they wanted to she didn’t have to. I explained the people in front told me to come back to get it fixed and had to wait again for the third time in line to finally get my refund they over charged me.
