They were able to answer all of my questions.The store was clean and well-organized, and the merchandise was displayed in a way that was easy to locate.They have a wide selection of merchandise for sale, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more. I came to this location to seek a Pine loan, and Jim was very helpful the minute I walked through the door he provided superior customer service, and showed interest in trying to help me out with resolving a Pawn loan. This is the worst pawn shop ever to go to I’ve been there at least 3 times an all 3 times was horrible it’s like it gets worser every time they rude they lazy dishonest an they quick to say they don’t take this item or that item but have the same item for sell they don’t help or even take the time to look at what you have i will never return to this location they are the worse they don’t even deserve a star they have a lot to work on wen dealing with customers just customer service period

I showed up to this business twice right at their displayed scheduled opening time of 9am. The first time they didn't open until 9:23am. I was initially there to see if they accepted DVD & Blu-rays. They didn't, which I totally understand. Everything is digital nowadays so I went about my day.I arrived today just prior to 9am wanting to use a firearm of mine as collateral to obtain a loan. I waited until 9:10 a.m. & eventually left not wanting to wait an other 20 minutes. I called the shop to inquire as to why they can't open on their scheduled time & was given an excuse involving employees on vacation & having to work long hours. If I treated my job like that I'd get fired! The woman got defensive with me when I called her out about it & then she asks me if I was the guy who asked about them accepting DVDs a couple days prior. I said I was. When I felt she wasn't going to take my phone call seriously, I wished her a nice day & concluded the call.Before she hung up the phone I heard her tell an other employee that I was mad because they wouldn't buy my DVDs and Blu-ray discs. This is not true.I want to make it abundantly clear that I was upset that my time was wasted because people can not show up to work on time & then when confronted about it they make excuses as to why it's ok to not open on time. This just goes to show you that some people are incapable of taking responsibility. This isn't the type of business I want to associate myself with. If I were you I'd think twice before I'd do business with this pawn shop.

I understand it’s a Pawn Shop but not everyone that comes here is looking for crack money lol. Stop low balling people so much, literally was offered one thing here and went down the road and got double at another store. Don’t waste your time here
