Great service and friendly people! I wish I could continue using them, but they ruined multiple ties on more than one occasion. They ironed over their own tag/staple leaving an imprint making the ties unwearable. Another cleaner was mostly able to fix that mistake. In any case I told my wife to never go there again. I don't like giving bad reviews but at $60 per tie to replace, their negligence was surprising.

If I could give this place lower than 1 star I would. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. My brother and I took some rock revival jeans (literally wore them ONCE) and they lost them. They made us wait two weeks to see if they would "find" them, NEVER DID. We never got an apology or anything. All the manger, Paty, would say is "people make mistakes" Like??? Then she asked me to take in a receipt to prove how much we spent on the jeans so they could "repurchase them" because we were not going to get our money back... she made me wait two weeks before she said "you can't pick them up when you want, it's when we can give them to you" I asked for her managers number and she said she would not give that to me. She then declined all of my calls and started hiding from me, like she's not the "manager"?? I tried telling her it wasn't even about the jeans, it was about the horrible customer service we had been receiving and She then blocked me and stoped answering me. Literally worst experience EVER!

This was my first time trying this cleaners I took 2 of my wife's dresses which the lady in the front said was gonna be $9 each to clean which I agreed to. However when I went to pick up the a different girl told me the owner had stopped by and changed the price to $18 each. I told her I wasn't going to pay for that because that's not what I agreed to and I had a receipt. After going back and forth they still ended up overcharging me for $12 each. These people are some rip offs don't go.

Stay Away!!! RUINED MY CLOTHES - Over $600 - They laundered three pair of Brooks Brothers Wool Dress pants instead of dry cleaning them. The pants were severely damaged and they tried to pass them off as a pressing error. They have had the pants for over a month and they keep trying to pass the blame. Store level says speak to the manager, chase the manager for two weeks and now she says she has to speak to her manager. Her manager is never there and evidently she doesn't work much herself. Believe the YELP reviews (2 Stars) and stay away from any of their 9+ locations as the work is done in one place.
