Ordered new HP printer, had initiated Instant App which later I cancelled. After that, Printer is out if order and that piece is useless for me now. We tried to contact the HP service center, absolutely pathetic response and support! Extremely disappointed and will never ever buy any HP assets!

One of, if not the worst, companies to exist. They sell subpar products, offer terrible customer support, and try to nickle and dime everywhere they can. I will never buy another product from them, and you shouldn't either.
