We sustained some damage to the back and side of our RV in June. Since this was our first (and hopefully our last :)) time dealing with an RV paint and body shop, we were a little anxious given we had a few trips coming up this summer. We heard horror stories from friends and family members on how long our RV would be in the shop. Called a few places: either they never returned our call, or they told us that they could not guarantee a time that our RV would be repaired and ready for pickup. Then we found Houston RV Paint & Body from a google search. It had good reviews, so we said, why not, let’s give them a call. And we are SO glad that we did. Houston RV answered the phone and immediately transferred us to Jay. From there on out, it was smooth sailing. Jay guaranteed that our RV would be ready in time for our planned vacation. He handled our insurance claim with ease, and updated us each and every step of the way. If I had a single complaint, it would be that I wish they also had an auto body and repair shop! Awesome experience. We are full time so we really count on both service quality and an understanding that this is our home. When I called and spoke to Jay he understood our situation and got us right in. The repair to the back cap of our motorhome got our rig back to new condition. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this place.

Jay and his team run a professional shop. They sent pics of each stage of the process, executed exactly as they described and finished a day earlier than expected. The paint job is perfect!To top things off, at no charge, they polished and clear coated my headlights and did a professional wash top and bottom!!! Don’t hesitate - take it to them.

In spite of washing and waxing my RV with great care, both the front and end caps of my rig took a beating from years in the Texas sun. In doing my research for a company with high ethics and quality I chose Houston RV Paint & Body due to the high reviews. I’ll be perfectly honest, they were not the least expensive but I chose them because I felt confident they could deliver the quality I expected. I was not disappointed. Jay kept me informed with photos during the entire process and his team went above and beyond to replace a clearance light for me. They also painstakingly removed the last of the moldy protective film which I was unable to do. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised that the work came in under the original quote! They washed it and delivered my ten year old rig looking shiny and brand new! If you want excellent quality and ethics, Houston RV Paint & Body is the only choice for you!

I am super happy with the work Jay and his team did on my RV! Jay was super easy to work with and took care of all of my issues with consistent updates to tell about the progress while they performed a major repair. Super happy and will use them again!
