The people who work there are so RUDE and on top of claiming to not speak English they walk away when you look their way. The first couple of times I went there I thought they were having a bad day but the customer service is getting worse. You can't even ask them a question and expect to get am answer. These employees act like they don't want to have a job there.

Location has a good layout, but the customer service sucks. No one speaks English or at least they act like they don't. One of the Hispanic male workers just walked away as I was asking to load some grass. Didn't even acknowledge or respond as I was calling him. Worse customer service ever.

This place is horrible. Customer service at its worst! The short, chubby, guy working there said "no English" so I spoke to him in Spanish. Wow, I should have not spoke to him at all. He was upset, and said he doesn't know anything about the plants. Then went back to his phone. Ignoring the lady that was in front of him. I told her he doesn't speak English. The females, (not ladies) checking out at the registers don't greet, Don't reply to you saying good afternoon. Worst place ever never will I come back.

I stopped by to pick up some weed killer and a few other items. When I went to pay, one cashier was helping another customer, and the other was on her phone watching tiktok. After she noticed me, she gave me a bad look and left to go do something else.
The cashier who was helping the first customer had finished, and I moved to her. She did not greet me and had a look on her face like I was bothering her. Half way threw checking out, she got on a cell phone and started yelling on the phone less than a foot away from me. I have not seen a business so disrespectful as this one in a very long time. Never again! I-45 between Fm2920 and Louetta.

Nice layout as usual. Prices are competitive, to home depot and lowes. I walked out with 5 5gal and 2 3gal plants for $135

Asked one of the staff members who didn't seem too busy a question about if they have a specific plant, and he didn't seem sure, so he just vaguely pointed in a direction which wasn't very helpful.

Only giving 2 stars because they have a good selection. The staff had absolutely no knowledge of anything they sell. Because the staff couldn't help us, we took our money elsewhere.
