“Everyone was super nice. I always love Drury Hotels when I travel with my maltipoo. You can never tell if your room had a dog in it or not. Very clean. I took one star away, because the pool was dirty and the doors to get in the hotel were broken. It was an inconvenience to go around further away from my room. Other than that. I would definitely stay again.”

“Literally stop the press. I will not stay at ANY OTHER HOTEL IN OR BY HOUSTON unless it is THIS ONE.
Hands down one of the most beautiful, modern and CLEAN hotels I have ever stepped foot in. Yes it is a bit pricey for parking but I love the security that I’m not parking my car in an open lot.
The front desk personnel were so nice and thanked me for being a Bonvoy member, and I believe the room rates are definitely affordable for what you get. Yes, the walls are a bit thin LOL but honestly all the pros I experienced outweighed that piece since the noise was only during the daytime.
The bed is a little low but it was still comfy and my room got COLD! But I’m so happy I didn’t see any dust in the vents and the floor was so clean.”

“The room was clean for the most part however. In the bathroom, I noticed small bugs coming out of the wall. Bed was comfortable however, the iron did not work. I switched it out once but the other one still didn't work. Limited on breakfast currently due to the renovation of the restaurant. It’s 40 minutes away from downtown however whatever you would need is within the area. Also housekeeping sometimes forgot to place rags within the bathroom after cleaning the room. But they came every day.”

“My only complaint about the room is that curtains did not Block out all the light. Otherwise, room was perfect. Clean, everything working, and very comfortable. Staff were absolutely amazing!!!! Area of town not so great, some yelling in parking lot at night and several situations with people outside hotel that were possibly intoxicated. Breakfast was best tasting I have had in a hotel for years. However, the Pleather chairs were old and the pleather coming off so they looked terrible.”
“I was treated to a lovely room, very clean, plenty of towels, great working a/c, TV, fridge, and plenty of hot water. The front desk crew were so friendly and helpful. Quiet place to rest. Clean property. I will definitely be back. Thanks Express Inn for making me feel at home.

“Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating, especially Gigi. My room was very clean and comfortable, with one exception..the mattress was hard as a rock and as a result I didn't sleep at all. I have never had a hotel mattress like this before and I might as well have been sleeping on the floor. I understand that mattress firmness is a matter of personal preference, but I'm very surprised that you would put such an extremely firm mattress in your hotel verses a middle of the road one. There were quite a few negative reviews regarding the small bed pillows, but they were fine as I just put a couple of them together and it worked fine. I just can't wrap my head around what y'all were thinking regarding the horrible mattress..my back has not stopped hurting all day. Unfortunately, unless they changed mattresses I do not foresee myself able to return to this hotel in spite of the many positives.

“I can’t tell you enough how amazing the staff is! (Day time staff in-particular!) Jagruti that works at the front is sweet, compassionate, yet still serious about business being handled. I am always greeted with a smile and kindness. Sara is the lead in the housekeeping and is just a doll! Her energy is the best and she always brightens my day. She’s on top of everything and handles business like a pro. I enjoy staying here(on my extended stay), simply because of those two staff members alone!
Also, there is a great neighborhood for afternoon strolls, and lots of stores and a very short walking distance, which is a very nice touch..
Rooms: Clean, cute, and very well maintained. My bed is very comfortable and even the property is taken wonderful care of!”

“Room 223 the bathroom room door doesn't close all the way. I didn't complain because I have no time to switch rooms. Just here for 2 night for a family event. This is the second time we've stayed here and we always get really good rest. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The showers water runs well. TV works. Outlets are working and never loose. Lobby is kept clean. I've encountered wonderful front desk staff both times.”
