Came across this hotel by accidentally driving around. The atmosphere of those places was amazing and comforting. The staff was pleasant and accommodating to the needs that I had while there. I may become a frequent guest to this location.

Front desk overall was great. Housekeeping is very good. Clean rooms. Weekday breakfast attended was very friendly. Good location.
The downward starts with buffet breakfast in the weekend, worse than cheaper brands in the IHG portfolio and Terrible female attendant. The Asian front desk personnel needs retraining on customer service for both in person and phone. Calling back after check out for a concern is usually no answer, on hold forever or in hurry to disconnect.
Dont stay here in weekends and pray you dont have to deal with service in general.

I made a reservation for this hotel as a late checkin. The reservation was made at roughly 2:30AM and I arrived less than 30 minutes for a check-in to get some sleep due to a late arrival flight.
Upon arriving, the front desk agent refused to check me in until they finished their audit. I waited around for 30 minutes, and then after waiting they said they could no longer check me in and were unwilling to help.
I stay over 100 nights per year in IHG hotels and this is the first time I had this issue. IHG has an ultimate reservation guarantee which guarantees the room or the hotel will pay for a nearby hotel. This hotel did neither - one of the worst experiences I have had at the IHG brand.

We placed our reservation here for Labor Day. Without anyone informing us, the bar and restaurant was closed the night before Labor Day and on Labor Day. Very disappointed, that’s why we made a reservation.

One of fav places to stay. Easy, convenient, nice area, and fantastic food. The food is hotel price but very very good. Try the redfish for dinner or have a great breakfast.
Rooms: Nice size, always clean, and comfortable beds!
Nearby activities: 15mins from Downtown Conroe which has a vibrant Main Street during the day for shopping and nightlife for music and food!
Safety: Always feel safe and respected.
Food and drinks: Absolutely delicious from burgers to entrees for dinner like Redfish! We haven't been disappointed with food or drinks and their service in this area is impeccable. Thank you!

Did a family getaway in the Woodlands and stayed at this hotel. The lobby is modern and fun, room was clean and front desk folks were nice. There was plenty of parking. We spent a lot of time in the pool and there was always clean towels available. While the room was clean and beds comfortable, the room is kinda falling apart. Wall paper is peeling and the art looks dirty. Also, poor ventilation in the room. Also, the fake plants around the pool look a little tacky. My biggest complaint is the restaurant. The food was decent but the chef was often times working alone and had no one serving or taking orders. Todays morning chef didn’t even know how to get me coffee. It was his first day and no one has showed him around the kitchen. The only good and helpful waiter we encountered was the one on the schedule Friday afternoon.
