This place was great when it was Hodges Collision but with the name change came a huge drop in quality. They are unbelievably slow, never update you, ghost you when you call, and do a shoddy job. They can't do even the simplest quality control. When they (finally) finished replacing my daughter's bumper, we drove up and immediately saw a gaping hole where they forgot to replace the towing hole cover. How could you possibly miss that? It took a month to fix it because they "lost the cover twice." Plus, we had to nag the hell out of them to finish the job. I'm never going back.

DO NOT GO TO CLASSIC COLLISION! I had minor front-end damage, they fixed that. BUT.... They broke my horn, all electrical buttons on steering wheel. How??? They did exterior work, but when I took it back to them(me losing a days pay) they said it's not them, but would be happy to fix it after I file a claim. They are a dishonest business! Currently my truck is being repaired, not sure of total cost.

Stay away from here. Tried getting my fixed here it was a big mistake. And to have them get it right it's another hassle to get them to take the car back.

Fantastic service from the front desk girls. The service guys forgot to refurbish my wheel , I had to bring it up but the girls said yep, they forgot it, and fixed the mistake promptly. 4 stars just for how respectful they were.

I’m blown away by the service I received here and so thankful to have found a such a great body shop local to me in the woodlands. Emily was positive, kind, and understanding from the get-go and now my car looks brand new again. The front desk staff was also super sweet. The whole process was just so easy and I’ll be sending my whole family here should they ever need it.

If i could give 0 stars I would. They can’t even keep employees around. I have been handed off to 3 people since December and get mixed responses from each of them. No one knows what the heck is going on.
Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.
