On February 7, 2024, my Kia Soul was vandalized by teenagers attempting theft of the vehicle, resulting in the ignition system not working. After coordinating with my insurance, the car was sent to Classic Collision on Rayford for repairs, including a new ignition system and key. I was informed that the parts needed might take a couple of days to a week to arrive.I collected my car on March 7, 2024, but was told the key fob hadn't been programmed yet, but was expected to be completed by March 11 or 12. However, upon collection, I discovered that my door lock hadn't been replaced, leading to me being locked out and stranded on multiple occasions, including once with groceries. This oversight has resulted in needing a locksmith twice and my car being vulnerable to theft. As of today, March 15, 2024, neither Classic Collision nor Cowboy Kia has resolved this issue or communicated effectively with me about a solution. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, emotional distress, and financial loss due to missed work.I am aware that the fault may lie with either Classic Collision or Cowboy Kia, or both. However, it is clear that the responsibility to rectify these issues is not mine. Despite not knowing who is entirely at fault, it is evident that the responsibility falls on one or both of these entities, and it is unacceptable that I am left to deal with the consequences. My expectations are clear:1. I want Classic Collision and/or Cowboy Kia to promptly resolve the issue.2. I expect compensation for the locksmith expenses (approximately $240).3. I also require an additional working key fob and the necessary change of my door locks. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and the lack of action from both businesses has only added to the distress. I will never recommend either of these businesses to anyone.-Ethan

I did have some mix up between my insurance and the collision center, my vehicle was sent to a different collision crnter however classic collision helped me coordinate this and have my vehicle towed to them through my insurance.Overall, excellent customer service. Oscar Garcia walked me through the repairs done, and I would recommend connecting with them daily about repairs being done.

Highly recommend this location. The team was extremely helpful and friendly from the time I walked in to drop my car off throughout the time of pick up. The communication between them and me was great. I was provided with updates every day/other day which was helpful. My car looks great and the work done was perfect. Completed in less than 2 weeks!! When I arrived to pick up my car, it was washed inside and out, what a great surprise! I will refer this location to all family and friends.

Took my Toyota in for a repair to the driver's door. No doubt, paint matching was a challenge and they did well with that. BUT, when we picked up the car, the advisor told us that a replacement trim piece was on back-order and we'd "probably never see it", but told us to "make sure and send in a positive survey". We've never heard back on the trim piece and that was about a year ago. Shows how dedicated to customer service they are.Service: Body & Trim

Honestly not a great experience and wish we would have taken our SUV somewhere else. It took forever to get it in and started. They weren’t very responsive at the beginning. They didn’t get better after starting. Then went to pick it up and found 3 paint imperfections on the front bumper.(new bumper cover and paint.) they offered $100 off for us to except and take it anyway. We decided we wanted it repainted. In the end it looks good, but we are talking about 2 months to replace the front bumper, headlights, and paint. Back bumper was repainted also.

I went in this morning to ask for an estimate and before I could finish the young lady at the front desk was already telling me we start estimates at 10,000 and up didn’t even ask exactly what I needed done. I work around the corner from this place and I stopped before work thinking this would be perfect to get my jeep painted because like I said I work around the corner well I guess they don’t like my kind around there parts . I will go on yelp and all social media to let people know this place is not a great place

I have unfortunately had to bring my vehicle here a couple of times, but the blessing is having a body shop I can trust with great communication. Oscar keeps me informed frequently and doesn’t over promise.

I stumbled upon this place looking for body repair work in the area. So glad I did because the gentleman Ty here went above and beyond to look at the damage and help me with a quick fix all while being extremely kind and friendly toward me. It was a very busy day too so when he could have easily sent me on my way and saved his time, he chose to listen and help as he thought best. This place is particularly lucky to have Ty on the team and I’d 100% ask for him again on future visits.

Overall they did a great job on the minor repairs. A part was needed which caused it take 11 days to get the vehicle back. Poor communication is what cause me not to give 5 stars. When I first dropped off my car, it took 3 days before I had to call to hear anything about what’s going on with car. We weren’t getting the text messages so I had to keep calling and it sounded like I was bothering Vivian for calling for updates. Everyone else I spoke with was nice and it’s great the repairs come with lifetime warranty. Also didn’t understand why they unplugged my dash cam from car then unplug the cam from wires.

Big shout out to CLASSIC COLLISION on Rayford Road. Had my passenger side door emblem replaced. Mr. Pedro Alverez helped me. I had the emblem, and he installed it for free! Too Awesome. Thank you!

I will start my Review with the fact that I was asked to leave a review as I left the location. Normally reviews are in response to great service or bad, not usually just average service. Well in my case I can say my experience was great. Unfortunately my car was totaled and I am unable to speak to the quality of craftsmanship. Why was it great? To be completely honest this is due to Ty. Ty was very personable, he was honest with me, helpful beyond what was expected. Ty is the kind of guy that made me feel like we were old friends from the moment we met. I would hang out with outside business.

This shop is amazing. I walked in with a sunroof issue and Ty stepped right up with smile on his face. With Rod help they fix it right up. Thank you so much Ty! ?

Don't go here! The manager Pedro is a horrible, abusive employer who yells at his staff, bullies them and threatens to fire them in front of everyone. Vivian and Ashley are just as bad, they like to go around talking negatively about people in front of them but are too scared to actually say anything to someone's face. They're as bad as teenagers and they sit in the office vaping all day and talking bad about customers. Also Pedro will yell at customers if they don't agree with him about how things should get done. I saw him run after customers yelling about how they were wrong. If you want to have incompetent people working on your car, go here. If you want decent hard working people who will make sure your car is fixed properly, go literally anywhere else. P.S. Pedro has been having an affair with the car wash lady while his wife thinks he's at work late. Don't give him your business.
