Thank you to Brian and Gavin who went out of their way to help my daughter. She was on the way to pick up her son from daycare when her car’s undercarriage splash guard came loose and was dragging. She pulled into their shop and Brian and Gavin assisted her without hesitation. They removed the guard and she was on her way. Thanks again guys.

My son's truck has been in their shop for 7 months...still not fixed but there was a $3722 bill. The truck is still not running like it should! But Elliott says I am clueless and I don't know with the f*** I am talking about! No I don't think so! Y'all just don't know how to repair vehicles ...but you charge your customers repaired prices!

December 2023 - all has been well, with no engine light malfunction.April 2023- My engine light has been illuminated off and on since May 2022 and have been working with this shop and another one on the issue. Finally narrowed down to a faulty power control module unit. Ford told me this is a common issue, and well guarded manufacturer secret, with 4.6 liter engines when the repaired PCM had to be reprogrammed. I don't blame HPC because the diagnostic tools kept coming up with different codes with various parts being replaced. Their ultimate goal is to make the customer happy and I realize they were frustrated too. They were lenient on repair pricing given my protracted experience; and have my gratitude and a life long client. Thank you Michael and Allen especially.

I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to High Performance Connection. I asked Elie and his team to do some work for me. They knocked it out of the park. The turnaround time was quick and done right. If any of y'all are considering getting some work done reach out to Elie and his team at HPC. I am already planning a 426 stroker build as the next part of the build.
