My experience with Heartstrong Sleep was exceptional. My issue that was not solved by another DME, Heartstrong Sleep solved it in 30 mins. Friendly. This company believes in customer service!!

I love that I don't have to remember to place an order for my CPAP supplies. HEARTSTRONG SLEEP does all the work so all I have to do is enjoy my fresh supplies in a timely manner. The Customer Service is great!!

Vana was very helpful in helping me retrofit my Freedom battery to my new Cpap. As it turns out, my Freedom battery is discontinued so there is no retrofit available but I appreciate Vana helping me find that out so I can decide my next steps. Excellent customer service from Vana.

The personnel I dealt with were all prompt, courteous, friendly, and eager to help me make the adjustment to using the CPAP. The person I spoke with on the telephone, who helped me get the machine set up and operational, was very patient, helpful, and made sure I totally understood how to use the machine, and how to care for it. I am very pleased with the service.

Love HEARTSTRONG! They have the best customer service and overall experience. I was with another company before and everything was always getting messed up from supplies to billing.
