Returns phone calls promptly, answers texts, and checks up on things often. He goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. Offers lots of suggestions and doesn't try to hurry you through a decision, even makes recommendations to help keep you on budget. All about the customer being happy. Most importantly, pricing is very competitive. My carpenter has even commented on the good quality of the various wood products I've had delivered. Will definitely be doing business again.”

“OUTSTANDING customer service. I called Graves Winelectric early on a Monday morning looking for a difficult to find fuse for the lighting system at one of my manufacturing plants. The parts advisor that answered the phone was very helpful and explained that he didn't have the fuse, but then offered to call around and find it for me. A few minutes later he called me back to tell me where I could get the fuse locally.
Unbelievable in this day and age. I was floored.

“I was wondering why this Home Depot had such a high rating. I have never been to a Home Depot and thought anything special about it until I went to this location. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Multiple employees approached me to ask if I needed assistance and the girl helping at the self checkout was so friendly. This will definitely be the only location I go to.”

“My experience was great overall especially with this storm. I did have an incident with the rude lady at the online pickup area around 130pm. She had a very bad attitude however Adam, the electrician was extremely helpful as he volunteered to help as many customers by providing them with safety information and helpful tips. Juan in gardening was really great. He helped me find everything that I needed. I won't let one bad apple spoil it for rest. There was one Cajun guy who was stocky with long hair who helped me with loading my lumber. He was so sweet.”
