Nicest grocery store I've been to. Clean, organized, well stocked. Very nice employees. I have never been disappointed with produce and meat. This is definitely my go to location for grocery shopping.

They are very friendly, clean and helpful absolutely love this H-E-B. I've never had a problem I've been to the one on sawdust and it's not the same.

Big shout out to H‑E‑B employees Jeanette and Brandon and my cashier for helping me find my debit card. I was sure panicked after a long shift at work and went to pick up a few items. Brandon the manager was calm and reassuring and went to check cameras. Ms Jeanette walked me through the store retracing my steps when we found by the yogurt. My cashier was very pleasant and put my groceries on hold. I am so glad these people made my day and are there for my neighborhood H‑E‑B. Go Astros ⚾️⚾️

My youngest has always loved HEB, especially trying out all the samples and delicious food at the cooking center. So he was excited to find out about summer cooking classes! He had the best time learning to make quesadillas and guacamole and the staff was very friendly and helpful - he even made extras to bring home for his family and friends. He can’t wait to go back!

I had a curbside pickup this afternoon and Ashan (I hope I heard him right) loaded my groceries. He was the nicest, most friendly person I've encountered with the service, and I do a pickup every week. Kudos, and thank you, for your wonderful customer service!!

Applied for a position, they asked me why i wanted to work there and i said "for money" and the interview pretty much ended there. I'm tired of all of these corporations paying $15 an hour and making you role play someone you're not to get a job there. really cringe. also told the manager that i was going to work there 6 months max and she told me to lie to her boss that i'd stay there a year to get the job. heb is a joke

Massive market. Unworldly massive to be quite honest. I was visiting friends and went to this market to pickup some barbecue supplies. They of course, had it all. Even a little stand out front that sold boiled and seasoned seafood. So after we picked up the necessary provisions, we got a pound of that shrimp. Amazing...

This location is the worst H‑E‑B ever! I built a house in a nearby neighborhood because I was close to a H‑E‑B. I even had my mother send me things from H‑E‑B when I was deployed but they have lost a faithful customer. I am followed while walking through the beauty section. The pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. They don't notify you when your prescription is ready or received. They change pick up dates without calling you and explaining why. Their policies are biased and subjective. Their policies aren't even posted to ensure this bias is maintained. If you are black, this location is not for you. If you are a veteran, do not use this pharmacy, they are worst than the VA.

I would have never thought that I would have been yelled at and embarassed by an HEB employee for just simply shopping. I went into a disabled cart because at the time I had just broken my right foot. I proceeded to pick up my condoms and i was viciously stopped by an employee. He made racial, homophopic, and inappropriate remarks towards me and my fellow colleagues. We honestly felt uncomfortable towards the man, due to his inappropriate language and putrid body odor. We proceeded to leave the store empy-handed without my condoms. Not only did I just get severely embarrassed in public, but then I was forced to limp to my car with no help. This store needs better supervision now!!!!

Full disclosure: I live right around the corner and frequent this store. It's not perfect, but nothing is. There has never been an issue that Mgmt didn't correct. HEB is a very well run organization. Good selection, and great meat, fruit and veggies. Love this place!

Rude front of the store manager, Gilbert. Aggressive and condescending to customers and their COVID concerns. Nasty attitude. Will still shop at HEB because it's got the best meat and produce but will avoid that guy. He is scary.
