This has to be the biggest rip-off HEB car wash I've ever visited. I purchased the highest priced wash for $14. I was surprised there was no undercarriage wash as I drove in. As my car was being washed, I noticed there was no wheel wash. REALLY! $14 no wheel wash? The biggest crime however, was that it skipped the polish AND Lustrashield which I paid extra for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION.

We we're leaving our parking spot and there was a truck going the wrong way a one way lane. They blocked said lane and proceeded to yell at us to move when we had the right of way. Rather then back up and move slightly to the side they continued to block the lane telling us we needed to back up (into traffic on the main lane) to let them out. This escalated to the point where the passenger threw a full water bottle at our truck. At this time the manager came out and started to talk down to us, refused to even SAY anything to the other truck who could have backed up much safer, and accused us of being racist. Needless to say we will no longer be shopping at this location. They attacked a car with an 18month old baby in it. If she'd broken the window she would have had glass sprayed on her. But we were the issue. Because we were white.

I came to put gas in this morning and forgot my purse on accident. I didn’t want to turn back and all I had was a roll of $10 of quarters wrapped from the bank. I felt bad but I gave it to the cashier and she said ma’am I can’t take this it has to be weighed. I asked if she could not just count as it was only $10 and I literally had no gas. She got upset and started to count while shaming me the whole time because it was going to take a while for her to count it. I’d hate to see how she speaks to customers if this is how she starts off first thing in the morning.

I have to say I was very disappointed today I went in there to pick a few things up and I saw a lady with a freaking dog in their cart and it was not a service dog HEB that is unacceptable and a food store.

Bad carwash experience, paid for ultimate. Did not clean the car and took manager almost 39 minutes come out to look at it. Poor service, will be taking business elsewhere

Good prices on fuel. However it would be much nicer if they had a better selection of at the counter, or some outdoor coolers with drinks to buy. Also, the tobacco section is dismal.
