This pharmacy has always been great and filled my prescriptions quickly. Recently I needed an antibiotic but was working long shifts, and I wasn’t going to make it to the pharmacy until 5 mins after closing time. The Pharmacist, Stephen, was kind enough to wait for me so I could pick up my antibiotics rather than waiting several days until I was off work again to be able to pick it up. I appreciate the staff being so accommodating and kind enough to do this for me. I’m sure this is not something they usually do, and I greatly appreciated it!

Was told yesterday I could pick up my prescription today (the earliest date the doctor indicated was 4/20). Called this morning to verify & was told they would have it ready & said it would be ready after 11:30. Went to pick up. Wouldn’t give me my prescription. Said date on bottle doesn’t matter, it’s when I last picked it up so I can’t get my prescription until Sunday. No one at this pharmacy is on the same page. I even called my insurance pharmacy who verified it ran through the system & was approved.

I feel like I'm at HEB daily, so it's super convenient to be able to get my prescriptions there. However, they've defaulted to a day or 2 out on prescriptions called in by the doc instead of having them same day like they did in the past. In my opinion, this is unacceptable for things like steroids and antibiotics that should typically be started right away. My son had an early a.m. appt with the pedi and they called in a steroid eye drop instructing us to start them that day. Later that day, I went on the app to check on the rx and it was scheduled for pickup the next afternoon. I had to call to see if it was in stock and convince them to let me have it the same day

I had to come on here and give an OUTSTANDING compliment to the baker who created my cake I had ordered. The cake was absolutely STUNNING!!!!!! I had such a busy day and couldn't make it into the store to order it, so I had to order over the phone. I was scared of how it was going to turn out, but hoped for the best. You nailed it with the turquoise, hot pinks, neon orange and lime green. All the extra details you added to it was "icing on the cake" -no pun intended! :) The photo doesn't do it justice at all compared to real life. My mom loved it and said it was the prettiest cake she's ever had! Again, THANK YOU SOOO MUCH to the talented baker!

I was going to attempt to use this pharmacy until the pharmacist who I spoke to was INCREDIBLY RUDE AND NOT PATIENT. I’m trying to understand a medication and she’s obviously annoyed and huffing and puffing on the phone. Avoid this pharmacy if you have questions cause they surely wont be any help . Callie needs training.

I'm new to the area just had a home built in Magnolia love the environment in Magnolia so quiet and peaceful and I love this HEB on Main Street and FM 2920 in Tomball it is always clean. friendly helpful clerks they are always willing to assist you friendly faces throughout. The store everywhere providing the best service you can get fresh produce's here always fresh. The meats market is always clean and neatly stacked and there's no file smell in the area at all I get my medicine in the pharmacy here I had no problems having all of it transfer from my old H.E.B they are very helpful at explaining any new medication's that I my get I love the outside plants and the inside floor. Keep up the great work H.E.B kudos to the manager of the store. I would love to meet you one day

Love this H.E.B. location! The busiest I've seen it has been Sunday nights, but even then, it's large enough to get in, get what you need, and leave with ease. I love the 25% off purchases of $10 or more on health food promos they have from time-to-time (one happened last weekend and it was my chance to stock up on my favorite Lenny & Larry's cookie bars!)I also think the cashiers are super friendly! Probably the most friendly cashiers I've met at any grocery store...what's the secret H.E.B?

This H‑E‑B is fantastic And most of the people who work here are great!!! There's only one employee that works here that sticks out like a sore thumb to me and it's because he is rude and unprofessional. If you have any questions or comments steer clear of a young man named Kai! Anyone else would be of better assistance and better attitude!

My local HEB was out of my prescription so I came here. When I got here they told me they were really busy but that they could have it ready by tonight. I was told it would be an hour and a half wait. I was fine with it since I understand how busy it gets and I did come by last minute. When I came back to pick up my prescription it was ready as they had said and Luis was so helpful. I was unsure on the instructions and he cleared my confusion. In the end, he emphasized why the process was so important for me to follow. I felt well taken care of and enjoyed my experience here.

First of all I needed a birthday cake at the last minute and the bakery was closed. I'm not sure if he was a manager or regular worker for the guy named Ian saved the day and got me a birthday cake from out the glass at 10:30pm. I'm so grateful. He made it happen, boxed it up, slap the price on it and was able to make my night go better. That was about a week ago. So thank you Ian for coming through, I appreciate it especially when the bakery was closed and I forgot my own boyfriend's birthday and I needed a cake at the last minute to save myself. Also after the manager left me waiting on him for ten minutes, but Ian said let me see if I can help you...

I've been using HEB pharmacy for years. Recently I moved and came to this pharmacy to get my testosterone. They won't give me the syringes to take my meds. Why would I have this medication without syringes? So now I have to wait until Monday for them to call. The Champion Forest store was much better at customer service.

Great HEB. They have fresh sushi, flowers and baked goods. I specifically like their bakery a lot... the women that work here are especially nice. I've come in right when they were about to close to get a cake for the next morning and the people working here were so great about going to the bakery and letting me choose a cake.

Morning cashiers are very nice…especially the lady who retired from Klein ISD. However, there are cashiers who will NOT check customers out in a crowded store if you’re 1 item over the limit of 15 in a 15 only check out. I find this extremely rude to even ask a customer to count their items. Overall, I love HEB stores but customer service depends on who’s working that day and how management chooses to handle these kinds of situations.
